Appalling customer service on a consistent basis. Attitude, indifference and rude! Avoid this store… try Autobarn or Supercheap down the road.

Rude staff, treat customers like dirt, when they don't know something or havnt heard of a product they tell you it doesn't exist or your imagining things.

This is an issue I've had here for multiple visits and this was the last straw after ringing another store to confirm price with a staff member present they called me a lieing thief and other words. Very dissatisfied

On hold for close to 10min. All I wanted to know was if they had a set of ramps they are advertising on special in stock. Was told that I had to give a part number or else they couldn't look them up. Last time I checked I'm the customer not the repco parts department. Where am I supposed to get a part number for a part THEY have on sale? Re enforces why I use autobahn and not repco.

Gave me the right part and its has installed well. Referred by the bayswater store who identified they had stock. Good stuff.

Bought a roof rack from Frentree gully store opened to install few parts were missing but still installed and called the store the lady was so rude and couldn’t give a dame then she put me on to another man who had worst customer service, never buying anything from Repco again.

3 people standing waiting for service. 5 staff in the back no-one in the shop serving. I approached 2 people and basically got ignored! Used to be a regular customer. Will never come back again. Rude ignorant staff.

Very helpful part was not in stock so they ordered and it would be There after n Next working day.

Staff appeared to be a bit grumpy, i felt it was a bit of hassle to get professional help, there was almost a reluctance if not pushed.

Sign on the door saying call us for carpark collection. Only after a simple headlight globe to keep my car roadworthy. Cop some swearing in the background while waiting on the line. Worst service.

Ordered online for click and collect a fortnight ago. Still no email saying I can collect. Instead I get sent two requests for review. Then they send an email to say my review was moderated! Typical of a large company with a cumbersome bureaucracy that can't act on a complaint. Never again!

I mean look. If you weren't aware of repco's reputation, that'd be the reason you went to repco, otherwise it's cos unfortunately they are the closest auto store and you are an racv member.
Don't expect the staff here to be knowledgeable or on top of their game.

Guys there were very helpful and did a great job sorting me out. Prefer to drive past a Bursons and an Autobarn to shop here.
