Today I visited REPCO Epping, both Dean and Luka did an excellent job in being able to assist me with all my queries, despite them being under the pump with two of them working in a huge store, absolute fantastic boys, good job. Go to Repco Epping.

I recommend to anyone wanting to visit REPCO in Epping speak to both Luka and Dean. No one else.

This morning I went to get a fan belt for my car and the service was fantastic full of knowledge and also very helpful.

Dannelle provided great service.
She nicely advised battery types for my car and tested my car battery giving professional quotes with their products item code and availability which conveniently helped me solve the problem the next day.
Even with her sufficient knowledge for the service she was being humble and thoughtful through the service.

Where is Repco finding their staff? ! Waiting in queue when John (who'd already clocked off) offered to grab me some items so I wouldn't have to wait around in line for a measly minute. Picked my specific items instantly like it was his only job, couldn't believe it.

Then we have Corynn (I'm sure I butchered your name, sorry love) - probably the most helpful retail staff I've ever dealt with, anywhere. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about everything I inquired about - giving me more info than I knew how to ask for. She went absolutely above and beyond, extremely thankful for her assistance.

Absolutely phenomenal team, I'll be back here for that alone, even if I have to travel a little further to get here.

Owner of the store, please look after them. It's genuinely very rarely anyone comes across as even remotely enjoying themselves whilst at work - nothing was a problem for these two employees and they genuinely seemed happy to help. It's not often you get that, respectfulness, and knowledge in one package - I know all too well.

Needed a particular Pioneer car stereo today as I had booked it in to be installed tomorrow. My last online supplier cancelled my order last minute and refunded me, in case you're wondering.

Due to the specially reduced price no stores had them in stock, as I tried picking one up from my local Repco yesterday afternoon, so I was starting to panic a little.

I spoke to John on the phone who assured me he'd order it this morning and it would be in by lunch.

Sure enough on my way home from work I dropped in and Nathan went out of his way to locate it and put the sale through.

The best service I could have hoped for. Dave and his team went above and beyond to help me during my recent windscreen wiper crisis. Dave comforted me by saying windscreen wipers are tricky.but I think he was just being nice hahaha cos he had them fixed in no time.
Repco Epping has definately won me as a customer for life, I will not be going anywhere else!

I lost count at the number of times the front counter has been unattended. As for the back counter it's like dealing with lost souls - tried telling them the part they were given me was wrong but they insisted it was correct; guess who had return the wrong part the following day? Try the Thomastown store instead.

Generally have everything I need at great prices. Most staff here are friendly and knowledgeable.

Said they had a part, would put aside for my workshop, came in 2 hours later to find out it had been sold.

Bad experience, I live 15 minutes away and I paid for sameday delivery. My package is now in Adelaide and it's need a week sameday hmm

WOW Repco Epping, what amazing staff in particular roslyn, who equiped us with all the right products & support & even loaned me some tools to repair our fully loaded trailer bearings. We could not have continued on our Easter treck to Yarrawonga without you. We jacked the trailer & changed them over in there car park, which was so continent & our family & dog really appreciated this special care & dedicated AMAZING SERVICE.
BTW awesome new shop, huge range & ultra modern layout.

Very unprofessional staff.they don’t even bother to greet you.waited there for click and collect order but the guy who served me (well most probably unwillingly) was rude.
