Repco Dandenong

Ordered online and a wonderful male and female worked today on the 19th of May 2023, extremely wonderful experience I ever had any store more than happy to come back and order things online once again great communication thanks will be looking forward towards the next visit.

Repco Dandenong sold me the incorrect battery for my car. I'm a new mum who just wanted to get my dead battery replaced so I have a working car to drive my newborn to her appointments. I had to get my car towed to a mechanic to replace it with the correct battery. After trying to return the incorrect battery they sold me, I was refused a refund due to the battery caps being missing. Now I'm stuck with a battery that is not fit for purpose. Feeling extremely disappointed and taken advantage of.

Great service from the team at Bennett st! Kara went the extra mile with finding the part I needed while most businesses were closed for the Xmas break. Kara assisted me to pick up a part direct from the supplier after paying for the item in store. I am so thankful to be able to finish my project on time Great Job!

Drew has the best customer service, every time I ordered part from repco and talked to him, he is professional, he knows what he is doing+ he is very honest person

Been a trade customer for over 30 years was invoiced out for parts which I have not received was told by driver that parts will be getting delivered and have not been horrible service, uncaring customer service and lazy, workers in there have no knowledge about cars and don’t know how to order correct parts, they usually lie about what stock they have as they are lazy and don’t wanna deliver,

Would not recommend. Theyre probably too used to dealing with mechanics and its not plesant for a DIYer.

Called up for springs and shocks. 350 online. Asked for any discount. Told no. Called repco pakenham. Barely even had to ask and got them for 300.

Save yourself and screw this repco

No stock of ramps at warehouse so order cancellation but only refunded postage. Had to chase them up 3 times for full refund! 2 weeks wasted time! Got them from eBay better ones too!

Very poor click and collect customer service. The store looks like it needs a real make over.

Jaydon was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help check make sure my car wipers was able to fit and helped me to put it on with his mechanic customer in store. For a young person working since 2013 Jaydon showed love and dedication to his job. Value for your company Repco.

Bad service. I was waiting to be served but the salesperson was too busy Chating. I am not going there anymore.

Went there today and the guy named Drew said he doesn't want to serve me so i had to be served at other cashier! If you don't like your job why would you force yourself to work there and ruin the day for others!

Very good customer service. Only rate it 4 stars cause it is more like a trade store. Quite small, and not a lot of display stock, limited parking so you need to know what you want.

The worst experience I have had today in the store as soon as I walked in. The sales guy was so rude and no customer service at all. It was my first time I stepped in Repco. Will never even think to go in

Much better then the narrewarren banch, PS Area Manager never got back to me i guess your customers are not important to you,
