Repco Caroline Springs

Place is clean and well stocked. Customer service were friendly and helpful. Store device was not working to look up inventory, should have been removed for repair.

I went to the Carroline Springs store to replace a part when it wasn't available at the original store of purchase. I called before hand to check they had stock and that it would be fine to just change it over and this was confirmed. When I arrived to the store, they informed me that they wouldn't directly exchange the item and I would need to pay a further $130 because they wouldn't provide the discount I was provided earlier.
They also appeared to have no interest in trying to help me resolve it as there apparently was the ability to speak with the manager to get approval for it but they just immediately said she would refuse.
The customer service was simply appaling and I will not go back to the Carroline Springs store.

Came in today needing assistance with a rear windshield wiper. Upon entry i was immediately greeted by jai! His personality is awesome great customer service and very informative on what i needed! Good job jai, definitely keeping the customers happy, positive and bubbly is what we need:) keep up the good work!

Went into Repco Caroline Springs today to get some new wiper blades I was served by a young gentleman named Jacob, his product knowledge and customer service was 10/10 keep up the great work Jacob!

Always have a good experience here, had a really helpful staff talk to me about spray paint. He went into detail and helped me choose which is best for my project.

I wouldn't try to stay away from this Repco. Bought some items on Thursday and next day there were 20% discount for all items.checked with them whether I can get the price difference but they said no way.however Autobarn and super cheap auto they refunded the difference without any questions asked. I prefert go to Autobarn or supercheap.
Repco is completely money focused not customers.

Disgusting customer service.
Purchased a Repco battery (40 month warranty) that went dud before 24 Months. Got it tested on their machine that “passed” and refused warranty.
Explained to the worker that the battery is toast. After losing charge overnight UNPLUGGED. (Also checked alternator which is fine, and 17 milliamps of parasitic draw which is fine.)
Worker was dumbfounded and didn't move as if she was a tree.
Got a new battery through SuperCheap auto and fixed all the issues which proved my point.

If you work in an automotive store, have knowledge or look for another profession.

The staff at Repco know their products. I was able to get the help I needed to buy the right pruduct I was looking for. Great to get an RACV discount on my purchase. Check Repco Caroline Springs for yourself.

I try to avoid this particular store if I can.
The manager could learn a thing or two about how to deal with people, always rude to customers.

Really bad service and rude sales representatives! I went there and no-one bothered to help. They were just talking amongst themselves even though they saw me. I managed to get the attention of one person who was very rude. I asked for one thing and they ended up giving me the wrong item. I managed to get the right part from somewhere else where the costumer service was far better. Can't be bothered going back there to return the item to see their faces.

What a fantastic store, fantastic range, its massive!

Was served by Jacob, was extremely helpful, helped me get everything i needed, friendly. Ended up buying more than i needed for the current job, as the service was so good.

I bought a toolbox and it was not complete, called to let them know and immediately went back there to show them about it. The guy told me to come back the next day as there is no other stock and the manager will be there and provide the replacement. He said not to carry it back and keep a hold of the toolbox and they will provide a complete one. I said okay, the following day I went back and told the manager about it, and she said i have to take the box again. I asked them if they can get it because I drive far and carrying it is too heavy for me. The manager insisted for me to get it and carry it back to them. It was so inconvenient on my part. I have been driving back and forth without hearing them say sorry or we apologise for the inconvenience. Carrying it is too heavy driving there is far then i just receive a rude service and mean manager. At the end I just returned it, too much drama and back and forth they don't realize i also have work and family to attend to and it was so upsetting, their treatment is rude, I think providing good customer service or just being nice is enough however, its just disappointing. Just sharing in case someone had the same experience or before leaving please always have a time to check on your product. I just trusted them as it was new but at the end of the day it was not.

Don't usually shop at Repco. First time at this store. Exceptional service from Ivan. Prices much lower than other big chain stores with the RACV discount. I will be back!

Great friendly customer service and help from staff, especially from Rebecca the store manager. She goes above and beyond, very hard worker! Great price and great deals.

The manager that works here is amazing, she's very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much or too hard for her. Couldn't recommend highly enough

First time I actually visited this store. Nice layout and size! Possibly could use stronger Coffee for the grumpy girl in parts but overall recommend this Store
