Repco reviews
19Found a similar light globe, YES a globe. 160 cheaper at autobahn. Exactly the same. I ordered my service requirements for my Amarok, will be sceptical in future.
Colin was fantastic. I rang about a part for my Jeep not readily available. He gave me excellent advice as to where I needed to go to get it.
I was redirected from Clayton Repco to come here which had the parts I were looking in stock but did not have the other parts so, I tried ordering with them. There was a “fee” when ordering the part which I felt like was a scam so, I declined and went back to Clayton Repco to order the parts. I did not hear a single mention of a “fee” from them. Not coming back to this branch.
Rude staff, customers aren't helped and are made feeling uncomfortable due to their wrong attitude.
Good service - they helped me to find the part I needed. Would come here again over other, more conveniently located repco shops
Went down to store to pick up online order already paid for. Store rep asked me to let another customer through to be served before me. No worries all good I thought I'd just be nice and let him go first. On my turn, picked up my items, no thank you no small talk no nothing. Zero courtesy and zero consideration. I pointed this out and the store rep simply smiled at me. Never returning to this redneck store or even Repco. They seem to think white folks money is better than other people's. Disgusting.
Friendly staff and always has what you need in store.
Access is via a service lane but no issues if coming from CBD Princes Highway.
Store is very spacious and clean, and the prices are similar to competitors.
Just went into repco Oakleigh to buy a grinder attachment. Firstly, the staff are the most unenthusiastic bunch of drop outs I’ve ever come accross. Got what I needed from Burson
I’d give zero stars if I could
Pathetic
Good customer support to clarify all my questions and recommendations of products and allowing space to take decisions without stress
Bought something from Repco Oakleigh online, a couple of hours later received a message saying the item was now ready for pick up. Then after you arrived a couple days later, they just couldn't find it and said it was an inventory error, I disagree, why do you tell your customer the item is ready for collection? If you don't have that in inventory you let your customer know it's not there. Of course that wasn't the real reason for sure, we all understand, but since it's my first and most likely last visit to the store, whatever.
Knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. Answered my questions without making me feel like an idiot (like some auto parts shops do)
I bought a air filter but it was already used and dirty. Went back to complain about it and they told me to come back on Monday because the manager wasn't there. Did not get a new one or my money back.
Can't believe I have to go 3 times to get this fixed.
Dont recomend this shop.
Dannelle provided great service.
She nicely advised battery types for my car and tested my car battery giving professional quotes with their products item code and availability which conveniently helped me solve the problem the next day.
Even with her sufficient knowledge for the service she was being humble and thoughtful through the service.
Great & friendly staff, but some prices are getting pretty funny.
8 times out of 10 Repco sells what you need at a reasonable price, but sometimes you need a radiator or other larger replacement part, and they're almost invariably 2-5 times as expensive as competitors.
For example, radiators for both Commodores and Camrys are marked up by $150-300, but they're the same product made in the same place as the $90 options on eBay - making this a blatant rip-off of the worst kind.
So, make sure you check ALL your prices, since the Repco head office is prone to unreasonable and unjustifiable markup.
Well stocked store. Always had what I needed. My local Repco in Frankston didn’t stock a specific product that I was able to get at the Oakleigh store
Got the general manager, Guy, who helped out with my inquiries. He went the extra mile by topping up my brake fluid and power steering fluid. Educated me on what has happened and what I needed to do to better maintain my car. Super informative and very friendly service.
A true rep for customer service. Thanks Guy and the team at Oakleigh!
Unhelpful disinterested.my wife was told on Saturday by another store they didn't have an item and to go to Oakley Monday morning only for them not to honor the sale price as it ended Sunday.
He simply Didn't care bad customer service
I went to buy engin oil but it was out of stock
One of staff check on computer and find out other stock at other branche for me
Very satisfied
I don't know if is a common thing among repco staff but the level of sourness in this place is repulsive.
