Just there to pick up a part ordered by my boss. Received Horrible customer service and very bad attitude by danni the manager.

The worst customer service with no manner rude you name it he refuse to issue an invoice he claim that computer is not working and after I paid by card he asked me to go to the next teller where he wanted me to pay again I said why is that he claimed that the payment didn't go through luckely I opened the app and I showed it him that the payment did go through with no apology or any nice word what an idiot Loui

One of the best Repco’s in the area! So much more helpful than Epping or Roxy. Mem provided fantastic customer service and helped me with such respect and kindness. This is not often the experience I am met with as a female from other car stores. Truley, Mem always goes above and beyond when I come in but today’s welcoming experience was the highlight of my day.

Not to mention after I had finished and was about to leave my car got a flat battery. Abdul without hesitation helped me charge it even though his job was already done.

Truley above and beyond at Repco Fawkner.would have to be mad to give them anything less than 5 stars!

Unwelcoming, messy snd not very helpful. Guy was sitting on his computer and when approached for help said” I’m busy, someone else will have to help you! ” As if he was annoyed that a customer was bothering him because he was busy. It was not obvious that he was occupied.
The female that did eventually serve me was brash and and she also made me feel I was bothering her. Another customer came in and the fella again said he was busy and ignored him also.
I don’t think Mr Repco would be to happy with his Stsff. At this store.

Small carpark at the front, only 7 or so bays. I was 1 of 2 customers there, but carpark is full of cars ‍️

Waiting in line 20mins roughly, not sure why, just one customer in front of me, 2-3 more staff at the back of the parts area near garage door just staring outside. Not really sure what they’re all doing… lack of customer service is an understatement!

Rude Lazy inattentive staff. Both were too busy chatting on personal calls on loud speaker with disgusting language being used

Ethan helped me with my faulty battery. Roxburgh Park store was hopeless, glad I went to Fawkner. Great customer service from Ethan.

I was waiting on Thursday 17 Nov 22 but the shop was closed for one hr more.
When I called them they said you should be patient. I think the (Fawkner repco) stuff are provides patience to the public.

We order the rotors and pads in this shop, the girl in the shop i think donot even know what her doing, pads and rotors all wrong.this shop is no hope.

An absolute dis functional store with staff that couldn’t be bothered helping you. As I used to work in spare parts I can’t believe how bad the standard has dropped

Only store that had the part I needed, Lil costly but they had it, friendly staff too. Made it all worthwhile

Terrible experience at Repco Fawkner - very similar to another poster. I waited in line patiently while the two customer service reps served other customers. However, once they finished with them, neither of them ever made any effort to acknowledge that I was waiting there to pay for my item or to let me know that they will be a few minutes. Instead of serving me next, they decide to pretend like I was not there and continued fulfilling an online order. I left the item behind and decided to walk out and purchase elsewhere. You have lost a local customer and business.

I normally am happy with the service at Repco but felt let down on my last visit to this store. I waited patiently in line while the staff attended to another customer and was on the phone to another customer for about 30 minutes while another 2 staff completely ignored me and at least 2 other customers also waiting behind me. Anyway when I finally got some attention my enquiry about a timing belt kit was not answered adequately and seemed to be an inconvenience to the sales staff who after making me wait for so long just wanted to quickly serve the now growing line of customers. The dissatisfaction of my experience at this store was so great that I drove to another store where after a brief discussion about the timing belt kit with someone who cared about my concerns and answered my questions I bought the kit at a cost of around $600. In short I will not shop at Repco Fawkner again in the forseeable future.

Located along Sydney Rd. Not much carpark space. There is some good sales item here at the counter checkout sometimes.

It's a bit hard to find because the logo is hidden behind a tree. If you don't know where it is, chances are, you'll either miss it or are going to have to make an abrupt brake.

Otherwise, amazing store and very helpful staff

Shopping for a replacement Stop Start Battery for my Mazda. The staff member matched the correct battery and told me how to install the new one whilst retaining charge on all the instruments and electronics. It worked perfectly without having to reset any instruments. Good advice and great price for the right battery that saved me $ 259.00. Repco batteries are made by Century. AAA Service with a smile.
