I called up to check on stock availability of widescreen wiper refills. Alex at the store kept the item aside for me. When I got to the store he customized and did the installation and waited for me to test the wipers to make sure they worked. Highly recommend this store for the friendly and diligent service they provide!

When one of your staff members is not attending to any customer does that mean he is busy! Also you were busy shopping at Aldi and when we walked out was when we met you and you asked us to come back that you will help us. Please don’t twist your words. If you are wrong just accept it!

My dad's go-to place and also mine. Been going here for years and always has the best customer service around.

Went in to get a windscreen repair kit for my partners car. She had bought one from there before. A man came up asking if i needed help and i said i was after the kit to repair windscreens. He looked at me with confusion (like i was stupid) and i said i’m looking for the gel kit for a tiny chip on a windscreen.he said there was no such thing as that and it needed to be taken to a windscreen repair mechanic. Left the store and looked online and boom, they do have it. Bit disappointed

Great service from Alex today. He very kindly fitted new windscreen wiper blades, in the cold weather, for me. Very helpful indeed.

One or less star for this Mentone store Victoria
Bought O2 sensor lexus Rx330 bank 1 sensor 1 turns out after installed engine rev constant at 2k which show incopatible when placing original sensor back in with normal engine idle. Which clearly indicate part is incomatible and store is refuse refund of product. Even with manager approval. I never had any issue return or exchange with other stores apart from Mentone store so i decided F U u can keep the sale and go to hell and refuse refund with incorrect product.

Very grateful this morning. I had problems with My windscreen wipers on my Suzuki and needed new ones straight away.
I spoke with a young fellow named Alex ho helped me put my new ones on.
I couldn’t speak highly enough of this fellow just so helpful.needed then to drive home. Thankyou

Made two visits to this store in one day. I found a team member to be quite disinterested and unhelpful. Got what I needed and returned to the same store to buy another of the same item at 4.57pm, 3 minutes before the store was to close (at 5pm) only to have that same team member in the store shaking her head at me indicating that the store were already closed. Another gent who also wanted to pop in was surprised that Repco had already closed up.

Helpful staffs.

Order online to click and collect for a racing simulator. No contact after 7 days so i initate with an email asking why and customer service tells me to contact the store. (They said they forwarded the query as well with no response received).

So i visit in person after 2 days, staff say no stock and it'll be a month away and no way in time for xmas. They were honest and frank about it, but its not like they really cared. Why would they? Got it refunded immediately.

I can see how it's not the stores fault, but its the Repco brand nonetheless. Pathetic.

TLDR - Online purchases are garbage at Repco and don't pay unless you have the product in your hands.

I placed an online order on Sun at 8: 37 pm, and it was delivered to my doorstep the next morning at 9 am! I haven't experienced such fast online delivery service ever – I am thoroughly impressed.
