Gave a call on Monday to ask about repairs for the back glass of my iPhone 13 Pro. The shop answered my questions and quoted me a very reasonable price. Visited their shop on Thursday morning, handed over my phone and received a call back in an hour saying it's ready. I could've not told the difference had I not given the phone myself. After a mishap I needed to replace the screen on my S22 ultra.
RepairBuddy Malvern East is local so I decided to take the phone there.
Glad I did.
Good advice & very fast service. Had the phone back in under 2 hours.
Thought I might need to replace the phone rather than repair, but this was definitely the best option.
No hesitation recommending.
Will be front of mind should I have need in future.
Good to know they can handle computer repairs too.

Took in a ipad with a broken screen, while repairing they broke the unit. Tried to replace with an older ipad cracked ipad which was faulty. Ended up with a replacement of dubious origins and less storage. Dodgy operators

Replaced the screen and frame with a scratchguard in 25 minutes. Barely enough time for me to eat at the Maccas next door whilst I waited. Phone was good to go when I arrived.

I rang no less than 12 different electronics repairs places in this area to get my phone screen fixed on short notice. These guys sourced the parts, repaired the phone, dealt with issues that cropped up (my fault) mid job, and quoted the best price in the area.

I dropped my phone at work and the screen cracked and the LED Screen was badly damaged, I needed to have it fixed asap, so I Called Repair Buddy and they said drop it in and we can get the parts and have it repaired in a few hours, Great quick service and the phone is working perfectly, they also fitted a brand new Tempered glass protective screen. Rang up a random repair work shop. Tony answered and seemed knowledgeable and friendly enough. Price wasn't the main consideration for me, however, there prices certainly are reasonable. I expected my phone back in a few days but I got it hours later. The question on whether Tony or not Tony is answered in the affirmative. I would therefore, not hesitate in recommending this repair shop to anyone, including Shakespeare himself.

Just had my phone repaired for a cracked screen and lcd. 10 days later my phone has a hazy lite green line running thru my phone. I call them and the guy tells me I have to pay extra to repair my phone that my warranty that they said I have after just 10 days from being repaired does not cover what was just repaired.  Be aware of their supposed warranties and ask a lot of questions before taking your phone to them!

I visited repairbuddy at Malvern East recently and had issues with my phone screen and GPS. The team had taken on my phone and repaired it very quickly after ordering in the part (Samsung issue). I had my phone fixed in an hour where I had the chance to walk around. I had a follow up GPS issue but they took my phone and spent the time and worked out the issue.

The only reason they have so many reviews is because they give you a free screen protector. Store is apparently known for fake reviews and upcharging customers.
I went in got their screen replacement for iPhone.  2 days later screen had weird lines that appeared and disappeared once screen was locked. I went in and after being told this was my fault they finally agreed to replacing the screen. The 2nd replacement was okay for about 4 days- then the screen started going crazy, it would lag as well as start "pressing" buttons I was not pressing. Screen only got worse as days went by. If you are looking for a quick fix for a broken screen in the meantime while waiting for the new model to release/buy a new device this location can help with that but if you are planning to use the phone for longer than 2-3 weeks do not go to this location. Save your money and get a new phone or go elsewhere.

This store fixing my cracked iPhone screen again. Very friendly and helpful, during the Covid period, I am not able to come into city, visiting they new branch in malvern east. Still very quick and professional service. Highly recommended!
