Repaired my car to pre accident condition friendly and courteous to deal with very happy with results

RMA did a great job on my vehicle, really professional and on time. The vacuuming and car wash was greatly appreciated too.

Left my car for repair thru RACV and when I picked up the car it was very dusty in side and my air con was not working. Returned the car back to them and they said it was fixed but week later it doesn’t work again

Had a friend who had an insurance repair and a bumper was fixed and re attached however it came lose because they dont fit it properly and use glue i had an insurance repair also my front bumper was repaired and re attached just over a month now the bumpers coming lose again i asked when i picked up the car after repair if they used glue to re attach my bumper they said no and assured me it was done correctly now that its coming lose i can see the massive dabs of glue where the bumpers separating so disappointed as i was worried before i even went in because of what happened to my friend i didnt expect this from a good insurer like racv completely un professional

My dealings with RMA Dandenong South were overwhelmingly positive. Their kind, courteous, and professional team put me at ease throughout the repair process, making an inconvenient experience a little less painful.

The process of having my car repaired ran smoothly and efficiently. The staff explained every step in detail and kept me informed by SMS.
Taxi service and a hire car were all organised for me which saved a lot of stress.

Only complaint is that they asked me to confirm when I was coming to pick up my vehicle so I did and when I got there it wasn't ready because the receptionist didn't ask who I was.
Repairs satisfactory however took 8 days to do what they said they would do in 4.
Edit: found 4 huge bolts in my boot after they'd repaired my car. A bit worrying.

Had a great experience here with Mr Love. Was incredibly understanding of the stress, talked me through the initial assessment and what would be done. Communicated throughout process. Great service of dropping my car off, getting a complimentary taxi to thrifty and a great new car as a hire car. Repairs were done amazingly and had a full walk through of car when done. Went above and beyond. Very professional environment and fixed within the expected time frame. My pride and joy was well looked after. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality repairs done. Picked my car this morning and was told still waiting for 3 parts to be delivered.it may take around 1 to 2 months.and my bonnet warning light is on.not sure the reason but mechanic will contact me tomorrow

Make sure you arrive on time. Only allows for 15 mins lead time. Was there 5 mins outside the 15 mins. Told to re-schedule. Was stopping by to make sure i had enough petrol for repairer. Shouldn't been so considerate otherwise would've' been there on time! Explained all that to reception and manager. Nope, they are double booked triple booked! Sure i'm the one to blame for being late. But hey my impression is this place is way too busy, no way to accommodate customer experience. Took me 48 mins to drive there, what a waste on time & effort!

Called me 2 hours before I was meant to pick up my car to tell me car wasn't ready & they need an additional 6 days! No prior notice at all!

Very good team there. Nice waiting room, professional people, explain everything. So far very good.
