Both my wife and I are very happy with everything from start to finish. Ralph was fantastic to deal with, very helpful and informative throughout keeping us updated. Ralph constantly informed me about the status of my vehicles repair. It was quiet a complicated repair to an expensive vehicle. On competition I was invited to inspect the vehicle. I could not conceal my emotion as my pride & joy was indistinguishable from new. I highly recommend RMA Braeside

Wish I had of read the reviews before I used this service, agree with all the previous negative comments. Very unprofessional in their customer relations and service. When challenged on the poor workmanship of the repair the panel shop owner became very aggressive both verbally and physically threatened me.

The team at RMA were fantastic and accomodating from start to finish. They arranged our appointment promptly, facilitated transfer to the rental car and communicated with updates regularly about the progress of our repairs. They went above and beyond to ensure the work was carried out, and did so to an excellent standard. We really felt the service and workmanship at RMA was a class above. Thanks so much to the friendly, capable team, we highly recommend RMA.

Car looks good as new after repairs. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed to a high standard.

Very Bad experience do not recommend. Poor service always late and excuses. Damaged x 2 items and try to put back on to me. Manager dismissive of their fault. Thankfully insurance company made them repair the damage. Would never use or recommend them.

Highly do not recommend. Car had to be returned 5 times over 6 months. More problems than the car went in with. Manager made excuses and was very unprofessional and because of this it became awkward to deal with him. The Manager did not admit to or want to fix the damage they made to my car. On one occasion they gave the car back with a broken support panel which was not even part of the damage the car went in with. They then they plastic welded that part back on rather than replace it with a new part. The remote was also broken by them which the manager blamed me for. Insurance assessor had to force them to make the repairs. Would never go back there mainly due to to the Manager not being professional and there is no quality control what so ever. Workmanship is average at best and they are always unorganized and they also kept the car longer than they should have as well as adding some km's to my car. I have no doubt in saying they are dodgy and lie to their customer's. The receptionist is very nice. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND NEVER AGAIN

Poor Time management.
My car was supposed to be repaired in 2 weeks. But it took 5 weeks to be fixed. Unbelievable.

In addition, when I tried to use the rare wiper I found that wiper was wiping upside down (it was wiping the sky not the rare window). I fixed it myself. Easy

By the way, when you put your car there, make sure you take all your valuable stuff, you may lose them.

Never recommend them to anybody.

Ralph, Naz and the staff here at Auto Innovations go over and beyond to help and make the customer happy. The spray and repair job completed on my Prado was exceptional, it exceeded my expectations. They are extremely proactive at resolving any issues that arise. Excellent communication was also used throughout my repairs. I am extremely happy with my car repairs, I would definitely recommend and reuse Auto Innovations for any future repairs.

Had my fixed by these guys a few months ago but I recently took my car to a insurance recommended smash repair place after an accident and they returned my car back to me in even worse conditin and terrible customer service. I should have taken my car to these guys instead in the first place - Great service, receptionist is lovely and so are the guys in the workshop! Car was returned clean in great condition and the job was completed on schedule. Will definitely come back to these guys!

I cannot praise Stav and the team enough for their efforts in fixing our car less than 4 weeks before Christmas. The effort they have put into liaising with the insurer and the manufacturer and the speed at which they have processed the work is astounding. Never did I think I would have such a great experience with a body repair shop - they definitely put the customer first, which in this day and age is a rarity. Thank you, guys!

A DISASTER. A VERY BAD PAINT JOB DONE TO MY CAR. They did not blend the paint with the other panels. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The negative and arrogant attitude from their Manager "Matt" is beyond believe too.

Went to pick up vehicle after repairs. Found small chip which was apparently missed by the “quality control” supervisor. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-booked with them to fix the chip. Went back to pick up vehicle the second time and paint work was sloppy! Showed the “manager” of the repair shop and all we received was attitude and excuses and accused us of causing the chip in the first place!
Was the Worst customer service experience ever experienced. Stay away from this place- wouldn’t go back even if they paid me! The manger their has no clue and quick to blame the customer.
Would prefer to give zero stars however one is the minimum allowed

I find staff to be friendly and professional. Got my car fixed from them and I think they've done a great job.

Best customer service from Stav at reception, and Mat who assessed my car's damage. Really happy with the outcome and quality of the work done on my car. This should be the #1 preference for smash repairs with RACV, or any other insurance company.

Auto Innovations did a great job repairing my Ford Territory within a restricted timeframe. The panels and bumper were lined up perfectly, along with the new muffler and spare tire holder, It all came back looking better than brand new. Thanks.
