My Mum and I booked a massage treatment at Renew Yourself this weekend. We expected a nice, relaxing experience, but to our surprise and delight we got so much more.

Mel and Peter brought more to their treatment than just their professionalism and expertise. We found their approach to be very holistic. To us, this means they appeared to subtly and expertly consider various lifestyle, physiological, and psychological factors to understand our needs and to inform their treatments.

My Mum and I walked or rather floated away feeling a combination of being deeply relaxed, informed, supple, peaceful, energised, and yes, definitely renewed, of mind, body and spirit.

Thank you Mel and Peter for such a surprisingly deep experience. Because of this we've decided to make our visit to Renew Yourself an annual Mother/Daughter event.

I had such a fantastic experience with Michaela, she was so kind and had such a calming influence as well as being very talented. I felt that I got my money's worth and then some! I went with the Emergen-C Facial Therapy + Collagen Infusion Face Mask. The session started with a foot soak and rub along with some lovely herbal tea. The facial was wonderful and the head, arm and shoulder massage along with the facial was just heavenly. Will absolutely come again and would highly recommend!

I have been seeing Melanie and Peter for years now and they are both amazing with a lot of knowledge. Melanie's massages are the best I have ever had and would not go anywhere else ever! Since having children I suffer with occasional back problems and Peter always fixes me and gets rid of the pain. They are both genuine and care about people. I highly recommend their services.

Wonderful timely experience of the remedial massage with Melanie.
She was very respectful and managed to find all the parts of my body requiring attention leaving me calm and comfortable at the end.
She would regularly check in to make sure I was ok with level of pressure and adjust accordingly.

I booked a pamper package consisting of a Facial, massage and foot treatment. Mikayla is fantastic.
She has a sense of calm about her that helps reduce anxiety and stress. One of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommend.
