Can’t really be wanting business or maybe I’m too small fry for them!
Made an online enquiry and was asked to supply photos of parquetry I’m wanting to match, did so, and have sent 2 emails since, and 3 phone calls, still waiting!

He basically stole our money and wont refund it.he even called the police on me when i came to his factory, hans is full of lies and is a cheat.not even man enought to pay back money when he couldnt delivery

The Renaissance Parquet team provides a top service. The product is one of the best in the building industry (extremely durable and long lasting). Most recent supplied and installed flooring project was Arena Cafe - The Glen (Melbourne). Designer loved the product and did advise that she will re specify in future work. Our point of contact, Hans is honest and reliable.

Renaissance Parquet provided the whole package seamlessly. I would recommend them and will use them in the future for my commercial and personal flooring requirements.

Floor was everything we dreamed of and more. Hans after care service was also amazing.

Regarding your "Firewood Kindling Briquettes" - they’re great and you were right, they do burn “hot” with an impressive blue flame! They catch alight quite quickly too and I only go through probably about a large bucket’s worth each night with a couple of hardwood logs thrown in which keeps the house impressively warm. Temperature throughout the large open-plan living area tonight is 24 degrees while outside is only 8 degrees! Thanks and I’ll be back for more. Regards, Sheldon (Lilydale).

Avoid at all costs. Hans the owner promised the world and was a very good salesman. After a deposit was paid we had nothing but problems. The products was different. He was never reachable via phone to book in and overall the installation was terrible. We have since removed his product and installed normal floor boards. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Renaissance did a great job manufacturing and installing my floor at my holiday house back in 2004 and have just now returned to rejuvenate the floor after 14 years! The floor certainly has stood the test of time and we still love it. Thank you very much Hans and crew.

We engaged Renaissance Parquet to manufacture and install a Herringbone French Oak floor in the new home that we were building and the end result was nothing short of spectacular! Each and every person that has visited us has commented on how very beautiful the floor really is.
For myself and my wife, the entire process from the planning, color selection through to the installation was hassle free with Hans and David always making themselves available at any time.

I had flooring custom made and installed by Renaissance. They were the only company able to make and coat the flooring in Australia from their factory in Highett. I am very happy with the finished product and service

The worst trade I have ever met. Paid over $100K for floor that was poorly installed and installed late and has failed to endure. No service whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs

I was very unhappy with the service and result of the business with Hans Unger, who initially came across as a trustworthy partner, however was anything but. My advice is to never do business with this man of any kind.
