Adam and his team are unprofessional and rude. Don’t recommend using them at all! I’ve been using the same power adapter I was sent out and they are accusing me it’s my fault that the machine is not working. Never had an issue with my machine In the last few years until now.

I had a HDM Z1 auto cpap. Unfortunately that had a limited shelf life and was discontinued. I reached out to Remsleep, whom I bought the Z1 from, and told them about my situation. They were aware of the problem and help me get the upgraded Z2 auto cpap at a discounted price (it does not have the same limited shelf life as the Z1). Remsleep give great service and are both friendly and fast in their delivery.

I highly recommend them and the HDM Z2 auto cpap for travel and camping as I have used it for both and am planning to use again shortly.

We purchased the Z2 auto pro from Remsleep. We do a lot of free camping in our caravan, and this unit is ideal to use as it powers off a battery pack. It saved using up our main batteries at night, and our solar panels charge up the battery during the day.
We have just ordered another battery from Remsleep to run my Resmed air sense 10 for the same reason.
Husband is very happy with the Z2, and the Remsleep company.

Being new to using a CPAP machine, support from a professional is highly imperative. I signed up for a 6-month trial paying $69/month which included a CPAP machine and support from a qualified consultant.

I kept taking the mask off when asleep amongst other issues. I emailed them asking how to get help from the consultant but got no response. This happened a couple of times. I resigned myself to the fact that their customer service is lacking and I would not get the answers I needed. As I was locked into the contract for a minimum trial period of 6 months, I had no choice but to stick it out. At the end of the trial, I returned the machine and am exactly where I started at the beginning minus $400+.

Had I received the support I needed, I would have learned during that time that the pressure of the machine was not correct. I have found this out from seeking support from Sleep clinic services. Customer service or support is not something I would rate RemSleep on at all!

Great service and prices. Speedy delivery which is saying something as I live in regional nsw - 3 days. Cannot reckon these guys enough. Will be purchasing again.

This is the worst company I've ever er had to deal with the staff are Not helpful they never answer the phone.when you finally get through they don't help with your problem with machine at all lazy staff the worst company I Don't recommend them At all

RemSleep AirPro 720 LiFePO4 CPAP Battery purchased a couple of months ago. I expected better for $399. Was provided a Air Sense 10 cable that didn't work. After several emails and phone calls to RemSleep, they replaced the cable with a cigarette lighter type cable that fits loosely to the battery but at least it works. Charger gets really hot during charging and sometimes stops charging before the battery is full. I asked for a replacement charger and RemSleep assured me it was safe. No replacement charger provided. That's it.

Be wary of this location. I'm not one to post scathing reviews. But here I am. I used one of their cpap machines for just 1 night, woke.up next morning and had ulcers in the back of my mouth and was white as a ghost.please for the love of god clean your machines!

I hired a BMC Luna IQ for 12 months. Company was easy to deal with and no problems with the equipment. But they tried to sting me when I asked about buying the machine after hiring for 12 months. Basically they wanted to charge me the full new machine price for my now 12 month old second hand machine, and they would give me a free mask as a "hiring discount".

This machine appeared to be second hand when I hired it, and now it had another 12 months use on it. The company would have written the machine off completely by now, and still they felt comfortable selling it to me for almost full price.

This seemed to be a bit dodgy so I bought a new machine elsewhere. I think most people find it too much hassle to package up and return a machine, and REMSleep know this. Hence the overpriced offer for the used machine.

If you are sold a "new" machine by this company, please check the serial number to ensure it isn't the second hand machine I returned. The serial number of that machine was ES419405273. It could possibly be passed off as new with a little cleaning. I'm not suggesting REMSleep would do this, but it doesn't hurt to be aware after taking into consideration the price they tried to sell me a used machine for.

Addendum: (Response to owner comment)

The review makes no claims about the sale of used equipment as new. The review suggests that anyone buying new equipment should be satisfied that they are indeed receiving new equipment.

The owners claim that I was offered 20% discount and a new mask is false. I was offered the used machine for $738.00 and my 12 month old used mask for free. The advertised price online for a new machine is $739.00 without a mask. I was not offered 20% discount and a new mask, I was offered $1 discount and a used mask. (Proof available on request)

Additionally, the owners claim that new masks “are very expensive” is true. An artificially inflated retail price does indeed make these masks very expensive compared to what they are actually worth. None of this has any relevance to the fact that all they offered was a “used” mask as a discount after 12 months of hire, and to top that off I was also told that I would have to return the two unused masks that came with the hire equipment.

As can be seen from the claims in the owners response, I have good reason to distrust this company, so I will continue to warn potential buyers to be sure that they are getting a new machine.
