Impressed with my first treatment at Removery. Lauren was very thorough in explaining everything about the treatment and aftercare. She made me feel at ease and comfortable, and followed up a couple of days later to check how I was going. Would definitely recommend Removery to anyone wanting tattoo removal.

I’ve had two treatments now, on two of my many tattoos, and they’re certainly fading!

The thoroughness in the initial consultation/education on the technology/how it heals/timeframe was exceptional. I had expected to walk in, get zapped and walk out, but got an amazingly detailed consult prior to the treatment.

LOVE this place, and because I continue to add more meaningless tattoos (an expensive dopamine hit), I will clearly be a lifetime customer at Removery haha.

I was having a wonderful experience untill I was handed the laptop to fill out my forms for brooke, when I saw the group chat notifications talking badly about clients in the chat.

I’d had 3 sessions already prior to coming to Removery (Southland) and my session with Simone at Southland was my easiest and most favourite of all of them! The technology they are using at Removery is clearly state of the art and that the company has invested a lot of time, money and education into making sure clients get the best results possible. Like other reviews, I’d like to thank Simone for being so patient and informative through the process, and even though I was familiar with it already, it was different this time! More comfortable and personable. We love that!? This may not be the same for others, but coming from another company I found Removery’s laser work to be the least painful I’ve ever experienced despite no numbing cream. Opting for the Complete Removal Package, I genuinely can’t wait to continue my laser journey with Removery! ️

I have been getting a tattoo removed for a while now elsewhere. This would have been my 9th and final session and this buisness is closer to my home. My tatt was quarter the size of it's original size. I'm used to paying $100 per session. Here at Removery I was quoted $250 for this treatment. When I asked why was this nearly 3 times more expensive, the reply was the machine is better. I am quite familiar with laser removal as a qualified beauty therapist and understand the difference is their machine does not use heat, but you would need more sessions.
The lady was nice enough, the environment clean, but I went back to my original lady in Chapel st.

Absolutely loving my tattoo removal at Removery Southland! The process has been so easy and my results are amazing. When I look back at pictures of my tattoos, I can't believe how much has changed in such a short time! The whole team are lovely and always make me feel so welcome and comfortable. Angela is an absolute rockstar and my treatments with her are incredible everytime! Cannot recommend them enough:)
