I just started my removal journey this weekend with Kim and Dani. They made it so much easier to finally take the leap and just do it! Kim was great at comprehensively talking me through my options and Dani was incredibly empathetic and considerate whilst completing the laser session itself. Excellent customer service overall and a very clean environment too.

Dani was amazing! I felt sooo comfortable with her and am pretty sure i was laughing the whole time! I cannot wait to continue this journey with her!

I have been looking around for a long time to get the tattoo removed and finally I started my sessions at Removery Werribee location. My first interaction was with Kim who was an amazing consultant; she answered all my queries and provided the right suggestions to make sure I have the best approach to remove the tattoo completely. Followed by my sessions with Rozi and Rylee for the removal, they have always been welcoming to answer all my questions and provided me with info through every step of the treatment. Every small step matters in customer service, especially them following up the next day and checking in on how it is going after the treatment and if I have any further questions. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for good experience and outstanding results. Thank you so much!

Amazing service. Had a session today with Tugce and she was wonderful. This is the 3rd clinic I've had tattoo removal at and it's definitely the best. The laser they use is the quickest and least painful of the 3 I've experienced. Highly recommend this place
