I have only had a consultation so far but they were absolutely lovely to talk to and were very thorough with all the information provided and any questions I had. After speaking with shontelle, I am very excited to go and book a package to start my tattoo removal journey!

I had my first consultation and first treatment on the same day. All the staff were lovely and I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Dont get me wrong the treatment still hurts but they did everything they could to make it as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend the Moonee Ponds branch!

Extremely overpriced, quoted $177 for a single session on one small single lined letter on my knuckle, I ended up going to laser wizard where I got it done for $80 per session, almost half the price of removery. For anyone interested in tattoo removal, go to laser wizard at 668 Mt. Alexander Rd Moonee Ponds, he is a small business owner and very fairly priced. REMOVERY IS AN OVERPRICED, GREEDY, MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANY! AVOID BEING ROBBED BY THEM!

Tarsh and Jayden are both lovely girls, the process of removing a tattoo can be quite an anxiety ridden procedure but they changed the demeanour completely into a wholesome and welcoming one instead. Not only was I made to feel welcomed but also well informed as Tarsh talked me through the entire process in depth with plenty of reassurance. Jayden is an amazing technician too, my treatment felt like it was over before it even started. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone enquiring, 10/10.

My technician was WONDERFULL, I usually am a bit hesitant to buy packages for e specific company, but she made me feel right at home, so easy decision very lovely and good at her job, super fast and efficient, probably zapped my tattoo in 15s, where all my previous experiences took much longer to do it!
