I have been seeing Betty from Remedy Chinese Medicine for a few months now. Betty exudes calm and professionalism, and I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with her. I suffered from poor indigestion and heartburn in my third trimester, my symptoms were always alleviated after a visit.

I also used the pressure point knowledge shared by Stella to induce labour and during birth as pain relief. Both which were effective.

I have suffered with endometriosis, PCOS, chocolate ovarian cysts, fatigue, and extreme back, neck, breast and leg pain for the past 15 years. I have spent an enormous amount of money, tried every medicine under the sun and have had multiple laparoscopic surgeries in my quest for relief. No of which has given me any sort of long term benefit.

After the a trip to the dentist (next door) I walked past what can only be described as a funky, modern and inviting Chinese medicine treatment centre. Something told me to take a flyer, so I did and I called the next day. I am so glad I did!

I have been seeing Christine for everything Chinese medicine for the last 8 weeks. From acupuncture, cupping, massage and tinctures. I can't rave enough about this wholistic approach to health and well-being.

Christine and the Remedy team are welcoming, gentle, and genuine. At no point have I been told my pain is in my head. I feel heard and cared for with everyone visit. Christine has a calm and genuine approach to her consultations. Her love for Chinese medicine radiates in every session. Christine shows a genuine care and interest in how she can help you, and tailors her treatments to your personal needs. I can't remember the last time I have felt this well both mentally and physically.

I came to see Stella suffering from peri menopausal night sweats and hormonal migraines that were occurring up to 10 days per month and neck and shoulder pain. Stella is very efficient and through cupping, acupuncture and herbs I can now sleep through the night. I get no more night sweats. My temperature regulation during the day is better. My migraines are much reduced. I haven't had a full day migraine in months. I do take Sumitrptan if I feel a migraine coming on and that does help too. They are mostly under control. If I do have a bad migraine I can come for an appointment and Stella is able to lift it during a one hour session. It's pretty amazing for me as my GP had no answers and I was quite desperate when I first came to see Stella. My GP sent me for an MRI, blood tests, and to get hormone levels checked and was told as a 42 yr old I was not going through menopause and my tests showed nothing. Another great thing is that I don't have to constantly take herbs or come in every fortnight or anything. I just visit when and if I need. I would definitely recommend visiting this clinic for Women's health related issues.

Stella is amazing. I’ve seen Stella many times over the years for different reasons but during my recent visits I can say that I haven’t had to take any pain medication for my period pain, for the first time in my life! I’m usually dosed up on pain killers each month or sometimes about to call an ambulance because I am in absolute agony. Stella has solved my heavy periods in just over a 1.5 weeks of starting treatment that have been an ongoing issue for years. I've had low iron for many years with the advice from GPs to take iron tablets. I've also had good progress with my digestion and gut issues that have been ongoing for ages so I'm feeling great. Stella is an excellent practitioner and I would highly recommend her. I have been seeking support for gut/women's health issues.
