A perfect hidden gem! I have walked out of remedy grounds feeling refreshed & revitalised. It is an amazing space that has been created with great facilities and not to mention the phenomenal service and overall good vibes! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Recently joined this incredible gym and wellness centre and simply put, I can’t get enough! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and have built an incredible community here. The PEMF bed has been a game changer and has improved my sleep quality significantly. Do yourselves a favour and check this place out!

Went in for the “fire & ice”. Honestly I’m not much of a gym person and always find them a little intimidating, however this experience was the total opposite.the lady who greeted us at reception (not sure of her name but she had a broken foot) ? Regardless- she got up and walked us through the entire facility and explained how everything worked, I felt extremely welcome and comfortable.
First time ice bath and I loved it! If you after a warm and welcoming vibe, this is the place!

This is every athlete's playground. I'm a long distance runner and this is the dream recovery studio and performance enhancement facility one can imagine.

Best value gym in Melbourne, offers so much for members. Gym workout followed by infrared sauna and ice bath each morning, absolutely no complaints here:)

We went last Sunday, first of all it was really hard to find a car park because of Sunday market. I tried the flotation bed which was not great, it was quite noisy outside while I was trying to relax. My partner did the magnesium bath he mentioned the water was way too hot and had the same issue trying to relax.

I LOVE Remedy Grounds. It has become my second home. I love a good sauna and cold plunge combo. I highly recommend it

Staying in Melbourne for a week with a friend and this gym is insane! Everything from the top quality equipment to the ice baths & saunas and more. Not to mention the lovely staff. 10/10

Came for a casual infrared sauna because my place was closed, arrived the owner James was spectacular gave me a tour of the whole building could not for the life of me believe how much they had to offer for such a reasonable price.
Signed up the day of have not looked back since, spend more time here than I do at home!

James is a top notch guy he's so passionate about this place the first day I walked in he was so welcoming and professional I'm from a soccer background and this place is sooo amazing for my recovery and performance

Such an amazing space for recovery. I met my personal trainer here and I’ve never felt better in my life. Working out and being able to sauna and ice bath is such great value for money.

Remedy Grounds is an elite space! The recovery facilities are amazing and work very well in conjunction with our team of health professionals. The gym space is brilliant and has plenty of variety in regards to equipment and space. The altitude room is next level and one for the athletes and those who want a seriously tough cardiovascular workout. The staff are friendly and the space is aesthetic. If you're looking for a recovery centre / gym / allied health space, this is certainly one to trial.

Owners Stella and James have created an urban sanctuary focused on recovery and healing of the body, mind and soul. Today's experience started with 20 mins in the high altitude chamber on various state of the art cardio equipment, followed by a heavy legs session using the highest quality gym fit-out, all in modern stunning surrounds.
Post training recovery was a magnesium salt bath, with essential oils, bliss. Thankyou for an incredible experience, I'll be back

It's not often that I walk into a place that completely redefines what you expect when walking into training/recovery facility, but this is definitely the case with Remedy Grounds.

James and the staff at Remedy provide hospitality and facilities that are second to none. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to take the next step in improving their performance and recovery!

Love this gym, alway's makes me feel re-charged and energised. Highly recommend checking this amazing space out!
