After 6 years of faultless operation, our Remco Swimroll stopped rewinding fully and overran when rolling out. Thinking this was going to be an expensive repair, I rang Remco. My call was answered immediately and I was given the option of having a technician come out or fix it myself. I am not very confident with technology I don't understand but I decided to try it myself with the instructions Remco sent me. I discovered later the instructions were in the manual. The instructions were very clear and I followed them without a problem and to my delight it worked and the cover is working perfectly now. I am very satisfied with the support provided by Remco.

As a first time pool owner, I have replaced a couple of minor parts for my Remco pool cover. On both occasions the parts were readily available with very rapid communication via email from Remco. The parts were fairly priced or in the second instance at no charge. The service is quick, efficient and extremely friendly.

Since the date of the first review Remco have continued with outstanding support of their product. An area of stitching on one of the tie down buckles of my (?) 4 year old cover had given way. A quick email to Remco resulted in a simple, but very effective repair kit as well as new end caps all at no charge.

I purchased a swimroll pool cover and motor to replace our existing one that we had for about 15 years. It had been damaged by hail and with a new grandchild coming, we wanted the pool to be as safe as it was when our kids were infants. Remco Service department quickly supplied a quote just before New Year. The new cover and motor arrived on schedule and were installed in a day. Thank you to Carolyn Kelly and Dave Farr who quoted and installed the cover respectively. Top notch service and easy to deal with.

Great experience had when enquiring about failing ratchet straps used to secure the PoolGuard cover in place. After sending through photos, I received a reply later that morning advising that our product was still under warranty (which I hadn't realised) and that replacements were being express posted to me. Rare to get such quick and efficient customer service, which I hugely appreciated.

My Pool winder broke. I contacted them and within 24 hours had promised to replace the parts. No arguments under warranty. Good old fashioned service. So good to see.

Was highly impressed with David, Peter and the team for installing our Remco Poolguard. Not only will it cut down cleaning time and water consumption for us with our new pool, the peace of mind it provides as an added safety with 6 kids at home is priceless.

After doing much research on automated pool covers, we recently installed Remco Coverstar fully automated pool cover (with walk on aluminum lid) for our new fiber glass pool, 12m by 4.4m. The team at Remco have been extremely helpful, professional and patient with us throughout the process, especially because ours was not a straight forward installation, Remco was able to come with practical solutions to make this work. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was measured, ordered, installed and operates correctly. The product does exactly what it said it would do and runs very well. The pool cover is the best safety option for our small backyard with no pool fence. It is also very effective in preventing leaves falling into the pool.

Peter and the team were fantastic. Quick response and excellent installation. Our wasn't the usual installation and Remco were able to come up with the solution. I also needed other works to be done which meant they had to wait quite a while for the installation and they were happy to assist.
