We had a wonderful day full of fun, cooking and especially eating. It was a Christmas work occasion but felt like being invited into Nellie's home.

I attended the Modern Asian class with Bec. It was fantastic. Nellie and her staff create a very welcoming space and the classes are always fun and informative. You get to do some hands on and then eat the results. I have attended many classes at Relush Mama and they never disappoint. Looking forward to attending many more!

Last Sunday I spent a lovely afternoon preparing and cooking a Moroccan feast under the guidance of Nellie from Relish Mama. This online experience was interactive, fun and well paced and I was so happy with the end result. I am thoroughly enjoying the benefits of being a Cooking club member and expanding my skill set in the kitchen and trying new foods. Thanks Nellie!

It was an amazing class tonight - I attended the beginners! Honestly learnt so much than I would of following any recipe (even after completing 20 or so ‘hello fresh’ meals) lol. So glad I went, made a few friends as well which we have all decided to attend another class together:) Nellie and her assistant were amazing. The atmosphere and kitchen is beautiful. 5 stars easily. We went to Relish Mama recently for a staff team building day! What a hidden gem in Bayside! We had the most wonderful day! We cannot rave enough about the beautiful space created there and the incredible day that we experienced!
It was an absolute delight from start to finish! Nellie and Jane were such amazing hosts and to learn cooking the beautiful dishes and then sitting down and enjoying together was such a unique, fun experience. Thank you, Nellie and Jane, for the best day! We will be back!

I was lucky enough to experience Moroccan cooking whilst on Nellies cooking tour in Morocco, 2019The smells whilst cooking along with her on zoom bought back the most treasured memories.
I was so chuffed with myself to have made this amazing dinner after the two hour cook with Nellie. Such a beautiful way to spend Sunday afternoon and then sit down and enjoy this delicious meal with my family.
Nellie said the dishes will be just as good the following day for lunch-we finished everything with such gusto.

I had organised a gnocchi cooking class for my team (approx. 20 people) with Nellie and from start to finish this was one of the easiest things i have organised.
Something as little as creating a music playlist, while it doesnt seem like a huge deal, it sure can get you ready for an amazing class.
The communication from Nellie and the team was fantastic and will definitely use them again in future.
The class itself was easy to follow, supportive, very fun and enjoyable.
The entire team had a really enjoyable night, the recipe was being asked for over the next few days and all loved the class.

We had such an amazing Sunday at Nellie's place. The Barbecue cooking class was really entertaining and informative.
Not only was the food shared with other 9 guests around Nellie's dinning table delicious, but Nellie's cooking skills and experience throughout the class and the knowledge explained that made me feeling like I have learned so much, would highly recommend her cooking classes.

Had a $200 voucher which they didn’t honour or refund because of Covid and “going out of business” but are still operating.

My team and I had a fantastic night with Nellie and the Relish Mama team. The experience was great to bring the team together and the meal was 10/10. The service is great value and I'd recommend it for private or corporate functions.

I very much enjoyed the Middle Eastern cooking class on Saturday. All of the recipes are great and will be dishes I will cook many times over. There were a lot of great tips from Nellie along the way, much better than just reading a recipe. This was the first cooking class I have attended (apart from zoom), Nellie was so wam and welcoming. Thanks to you Nellie & your team.

We recently had a team event at Relish Mama and it was just superb. Nellie and the team were very accommodating, helpful and they went the extra mile to organise a very special day for our team. The space feels just like home and the food is delicious - we learnt how to cook rustic Italian. This is my second time back at Relish Mama and I would certainly be back again. I attended a work team building event and Relish Mama has been my favorite by far in 7 years. Nellie and her team were extremely warm and welcoming to cater our choice of " cooking for a cause". Our team of 12 had an a brilliant night cooking the Moroccan dishes and even better that we were able to give back to the community. Highly recommended any business considering a corporate event. 10 stars if I could.

My mother and I recently attended Nelly’s Online Gnocchi Making Class. It was incredibly well-organised, informative, and a great way to spend a Sunday night.

Ahead of the class, Nelly provided a detailed shopping list (with suggested alternatives for dietary requirements or hard to find ingredients), preparation instructions, and even a fun playlist to set the scene on the night. The Zoom class was delivered very professionally, and Nelly explained and demonstrated every step thoroughly. She paced the class well, ensuring that everyone had completed each step before moving on, and answering questions as they arose. Nelly was patient and very friendly throughout. Most importantly, the food was delicious!

Relish Mama online is a fantastic, affordable and accessible option - and I look forward to attending in-person classes in the future.

Nellie and her gorgeous team made our group of mothers and daughters very welcome, during our cooking session, celebrating Mother’s Day. She made us feel right at home - it felt as if we were visiting our aunt’s house for lunch together (we had free reign of the kitchen and pantry) and we were spoiled with such a variety of delicious food. The recipes were well tailored to our group, simple enough for our girls to take on, but rich enough for us all to enjoy. Thank you so much Nellie and Team, and thanks Ginia for having us and making it such a great day for all of us.
