I enlisted the services of Bilal and Milan based on misleading reviews. After multiple uninspiring property inspections, Bilal misrepresented an inspection on a WhatsApp group, later claiming it was a video call. When I sought to cancel the sale contract, Milan insisted on the exclusive rights clause. Security concerns arose as I discovered unlocked windows, and a bathtub was stolen despite giving exclusive access. Despite professional cleaning and staging, the house suffered damage during the failed sale campaign. The real estate agents and staging company distanced themselves from responsibility. I wont bore anybody with the details as i can write paragraphs. I strongly advise against working with this group

One of the worst private inspections ever.
Couldn't get through the agent for over 3 days.
Had to connect through the office to receive a call back.
Mentions a time for inspection. Arrives 30 mins later. Wasn't available for any questions or walkthroughs.
Disappointing.
No complaints about the business but the agent who represented them today was unprofessional at best.

L lost my hard earned money to one the RELIANCERE AGENT just because I trusted him and he lied to me. He was selling me 19sq property by telling me that it’s a 22sq. When i ask him about this he said you didn’t put any special condition in contract about the building size of property and I didn’t get my deposit back. FIRST HOME BUYERS please check thoroughly all the paperwork of property otherwise you gonna end up tooin losing your deposit and don’t trust anyone unless you see the paperwork.

I primarily had dealt with Ajay at Reliance, Harry's partner. I spent more face time with Ajay and Harry was dealing more with the sellers of the property. Harry was a great help in forming a clear channel of communication between myself and the sellers of the property. When questions arose about the property, I would speak my first point of contact Ajay. Harry would then speak to the sellers on my behalf collecting the information I required. Throughout the deal, Ajay and Harry worked excellently together providing my with timely, accurate and detailed responses in regards to the queries I needed assistance with.
