We have had to move rentals for Work so Many Times so we have dealt with a number of Real Estates and Property Managers. Some ok Others Terrible.

Brooke Michetti has been an absolute Gem to deal with!

Saw some pictures of the property Abbeygate drive werribee on their website which was completely misleading, the pictures used on the website are from the time that house use to be brand new and it didn’t represent the current state of the property at all!
The house was so damaged, dirty and in such bad condition and the agent (Ashleigh) arrived late and was so rude and inconsiderate and insensitive. Now i don’t trust this agency at all
They just wasted my time.
So disappointing

AVOID! Liar, Misrepresents & Bully. CEO, Sunil, with two associates, turns up at my address, claims to be the owner & says i had two days to leave ALL FALSE. CEO is a serious piece of liability. 120823. Nothing much to discuss Samanatha! His first sentance he asks my name. The second sentance he tells me he is the owner & i had two days to leave. Confusion ensured from there but there was no confusion when i reafirmed &or reasked him if he was the owner to which he consistantly replied yes! What i would like to know is what gave him the confidence to treat me in that manner? To lie, to belittle, to purposfully attempt to throw someone's life asunder, Ive done nothing to deserve that!

Spectacular service, Kristy Ford is absolutely amazing. Reliance real estate is one of a kind, I recommend them for anyone looking for a property. 5 star service.

I engaged them for rental but the management was disorganised. Their selection of tenants process was not thorough and landed us with tenants that paid late and don't pay rent now.

And they didn't set up direct debit at first and when the tenancy agreement was renewed and we specifically asked for direct debit to be set up, the tenants were late in payment again and again and again. It turned out that payments were dishonoured (they said).

I doubt if they checked the tenants' financial ability to pay rent and their bank statements/incomes.

I am disappointed at how they manage our rental property.

I also just found out that there was leaking issues that I have instructed the manager from Reliance to engage plumber to rectify back in November 2022 but they haven't done anything.

There service is so quick …I am dealing with Deolinda Moreira and she is so helping and quick.she is really great agent… I will surely refer reliance real estate to my friends. They helped me get a house so quickly. Thanks to Deolinda Moreira.

These people are a joke. My first house ive rented out on my own and it has been a nightmare. Minus stars if possible. Unsafe houses they do not honour signed documents and keep up to it. Unprofessional is an understatement id stay away from these people as they have no respect care or understand. See youse in court.

Worst experience ever, don’t trust them, they are expert in scam, they didn’t gave me my money back, in the starting they will be very nice with you but at the end they show real colour, they got my bond money by saying that they will do all cleaning and will send invoice to me but now they are telling me that there is no money belong to you, all money is belong to owner now, they are scammer, don’t ever trust them, they make you fool with their words. I am student and they did this to me when it’s very hard for me to earn money, very shameful for them.

Great customer service with a quick sale
Donna was recommended to me and I'm most grateful. I put my townhouse on the market and within hours she had collated all the documentation and organised photos. Within days it was on the market and the first 'open for inspection'. As time was critical, Donna put 110% into following up enquiries and showing people through my investment property. It sold and settled within 30 days of the contract being signed! And for more than I was asking!
