The customer service is impeccable. Recently bought by new owners. Definitely come through! They have a good range of desi products, not to mention the store looks amazing.

The place I go to for everything you need for indian spices and more. The owner is always welcoming. Great customer service. Always there to assist with any questions about items in the store.

Horrible grocery shopping experience. You may find a better grocery shop in a slum area than this. This place is totally non compliant with safety standards and food hygiene, and must be reported to authorities.

This woman needs a lot of customer service training. Unhelpful and ungrateful, needs to know that customers pay her and her bills so please be nice. A smile and thank you goes a long way.

I always want to avoid this shop but if i need really quick shan masala thats why i go because its near my home. The lady on the counter always so rude, ill mannered and shop also unorganise. I always feel to give bad review but i don't. However, today was extreme. There was expired pakola soft drink 1.5litre on shelf i picked it up and told her it is expired, she said put it back on self because i will return it, i said if you put back on shelf then someone will gonna buy it and sue you but she replied, how anyone can buy it because i always on counter. That doesn't make any sense, if something is expired you don't have to put it on a shelf.
People are dying from covid and on top of that she is selling expired product even i mentioned her. Please avoid this store. Zero star worst customer service and expired product.

Foreign to customer service, lady at the counter is the most unfriendly, not interested in your business.
Everything is overpriced, taking advantage of Covid restrictions, Avoid this place if you can.

Expensive in every item. Go to some other store. One example is Pilsbury Whole wheat flour 5kg for 9$. Even Coles asian section just beside this store is selling for 7.75$. Every item is 1 to 5$ expensive if compared to other grocery stores.

Good stock of items but needs to be more organised and neatly maintained to attract more customers.

Wide range of frozen food, indian/pakistani spices, snacks, lentils, rice, pickles. Reasonable price. Very helpfull staff members. Easy to find festival related products. Convinient parking. Great experience of shopping.
