Relax & Play

I brought along my little man today (11 months old) to check out your place after meaning to for a while now. I was really impressed with the lovely service and the set up. The coffee was really nice and everything you could need had been thought of. It was clear that huge attention has been paid to cleaning and maintenance as well as food quality and pricing. A lovely vibe and straight away sent photos to everyone in my Mum's group to say we must book a play date here in the new year! Already thinking of booking for a party too. A great concept and it's obvious how much has gone into setting it up and running it so well. Thanks for a great time and looking forward to another visit soon.

The playing area was good for the kids but found pink couches have mold and they need to replace and make a good sitting arrangement for parents.

We visited Relax and Play today. It’s such a lovely space for little ones and great that you have the option of enjoying a sit down meal. Although it was a week day and not too busy, we saw the owner and staff clean the space, steam cleaning the sofas and wiping down the play equipment. This is by far the cleanest play centre we have visited! Happy to support a business that made it through the pandemic and still maintains good standards, a safe place for our children to enjoy and a friendly environment for the community.

The best mocha I ever had for so long. The facility is amazing- Melbourne is missing a lot if they haven't been here for their kid's party or any event! The owners are also very welcoming. I would give 10 stars if I can.

Not the best one in the area. Not planning on returning. Food is below average, pretty pricey for the quality. When I made the staff aware of a mistake they still charged for the fries that came after I had finished my meal.

We celebrated my son's first birthday at relax and play and had a function booked during the day. Food was catered for by relax and play, and they provided ample servings and tasty meals for adults. The kids especially loved the picnic boards, such a cute touch. Very aesthetically pleasing for a play centre and a lot of our guests were very impressed with the place. Thank you relax and play for helping to make our son's birthday celebration stress free.

Nice play area however kids entry fees are way too expensive for the small play area they have. Food was nice but price was definitely not worth it. First and last time for us.

Relax and Play is one of a kind playcentre in Melbourne as it is unmatched in what it has to offer for BOTH parents and kids. Parents can actually relax while the kids play! No other playcentre is as clean either. I love that I can sit down and actually RELAX while I have my coffee and watch my son play. As for the coffee, it's also much better compared to other playcentres. Then there's the food which is in a league of its own and far from the usual unhealthy junk food on offer elsewhere. It's actually nice to go to a playcentre and be able to have decent coffee and a restaurant quality meal! You can even have dinner here and a glass of wine or a beer - all while watching your kid play! The actual playcentre is also nicely decorated and full of natural light even on a cloudy Melbourne day. Finally, they also offer events. We were blown away with how they hosted our son's 3rd birthday. We had a group of 30 and everything was organised to perfection. I am yet to try their treatments but I've got a feeling they won't disappoint with this either. Thank you Relax and Play!

Love love love this play centre! I have two toddlers 4 and 2yrs old, and they both enjoy this play centre as much as I do. They have a cafe when you enter, and their food is amazing! They’ll put your coffee in a take away cup so that you can enjoy it while watching the kids. The equipment is great for 2yr olds. Theyre able to explore on their own in the toddlers area, but also enjoy the bigger kids play area too!

Amazing eye catching design, great toddler soft play area, and good source of light for the whole play centre. Went during a weekday morning, Almost had the whole area for us, one of my complain would be the dust, not sure if they don't clean them up often during weekdays that much as my socks immediately got dirty. I could give 5 stars if not only for the slippery tiled floor, there is this part of the play centre flooring without foam, mostly on arcade area, its very slippery for socks. My toddler almost hit is head on the floor. Overall, this is one of the best.

My son and I had a great quality of time together! The place is clean, food is delicious and the playground is amazing. I will come back for sure.

Friendly staff, organised and professional. Food was amazing, venue and childrens toys were clean. Great experience, I recommend this place for childrens birthdays.

The staff in this place are amazing. They were so accommodating. We held a big group party that was organised on such short notice. They were really good about it. The kids had the best time. Thrle food is amazing. Definitely recommended for kids no-fuss parties. Everything is done for you. Thank you again to the wonderful RP team! You were amazing.

Very very good food! Fantastic staff! Kids loved the playground. Deffinatly will come back! Good selection of beer too.

We recently celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday and it was amazing. Highly recommended if you're looking for a stress free celebration. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was delicious, all my guests loved the burgers, and the kids loved the space!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Absolutely amazing venue and staff. Relax & Play hosted my daughter's 5th Birthday party last night and everything was amazing. From the venue, to the food, customer service, everything was perfect!

Shaun was very accommodating to our needs, even finding trying to find a way for our 60cm tall cake to fit into their fridges the day before the party. Going above and beyond for us.

Lauren and her team were fantastic, well organised, lending a helping hand everywhere! Good energy and good vibes from the staff that night was excellent.

Food was top quality in presentation and taste. The kids absolutely devoured their meals and the milkshakes didn't last long.

Overall I would come back here for childrens birthday party and also for the weekend getaway to "Relax & Play"

What a great concept! Children's play centre with an amazing cafe inside, fitness/yoga studio and beauty salon, with plenty of space to eat and watch the kids play. Even has work benches you can plug into, work, drink coffee, eat, while the kids play. The cafe menu is amazing, something you'd expect from a standalone fancy city cafe. Good coffee too. Even has a beauty room and fitness studio upstairs so you can relax and play

I booked my daughter’s 1st birthday in one of the igloos. The staff were incredible and the food was delicious! The play was clean and fun. The massage was amazing and every element of the entire party was so lovely. Support local and go here! It truly was the best day and we regularly go for play, coffee, lunch, dinner, beauty treatments.

Play centre with cafe and beauty services. Orientated more towards mums with kids. Ok play centre that the kids seemed to enjoy, including a large ball pit. They also have some additional arcade machines but they cost extra.

At first these employers were interested in me to work. Then they changed their mind because I said “ (my number) text message only please “. Now they said it’s my manners and tone? Actually it was relax and play’s manners and tone. They did not respect my way of communication and therefore have discriminated against me. They do not accept disability and diversity in hospitality. It will be their lesson to learn this, this has been going on in my past 20 years of hospitality. Disrespectful. Look at yourself the problem.
