Relationship Matters reviews
14Lol what a joke! My soon to be partner only does these sessions because he was court ordered too and tells councillor Dan everything he wants to hear. He's still remained an abusive threatening unmannered pig!
Absolutely disgusting! Gosh, they give fake information in the mediation session to pivot the conversation to a certain way, and they can do it because they are not legally responsible. Just avoid this place, seriously.
Seriously go through the reviews, those 1 star reviews are all well said.currently experiencing every bit of it
Absolutely hopeless service. Begin mediation process. After hearing both sides, Relationship matters couldnt provide any mediation whatsoever.
No reason as to why they cant help and just referred us to court. After months of waiting for an appointment and initially them forgetting to book us in for mediation they come back with this result.
Very disappointing and a complete waste of time and money. Useless service. They hide behind the law to take peoples money.
Do not recommend, go anywhere else but here.
I had three sessions through the Employer Assistance Program offered by my employer. Charlotte made every session valuable and safely guided me through my recent grief and feelings of depression. I wasn’t sure if three sessions would have been enough, however it was worth its weight in gold and I am pleased I utilised the support from Relationship Matters in my time of need.
Nhi was knowledgeable, helpful and provided a safe environment to discuss and try to resolve our matters. She was impartial, patient and made the process very low key and calm under difficult circumstances
You may not end up in court if you go to other place. Here it spells please go ahead and sue each other. Using selective objective information to belittle you in anyway they can. They already pick a side when the two are in conversation
This organization will not return your money once you pay. No matter what the circumstance. They know that you need help, but they just don’t care about it.
Terrible. One time I saw this counsellor here and my mum had just died as in the day before the session and the counsellor said to me "well you knew your mum was going to die anyway so I don't know why your upset" I've been going here for years and it's always been entry level counsellors with little to no experience. Some of the counselors have zero knowledge. But it doesn't take much to just be nice and some of them can't even do that. Would not recommend
Excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and on point. I have used their services for both individual matters, and also to assist with staff at work. I recommend Relationship Matters to everyone!
Very Poor service. My second appointment led to being changed 2 times when it was booked well in advance. I heard poor excuses of why the appointments in 2 occassions couldnt go ahead. I got a different counsellor and found they were useless, worser than a saprianos meeting with a psychiatrist in story telling.ok then. "what does the future hold for you? " "what does the next few weeks look like? '" oh please for I rather go to the pub with a few good mates and tell em my stories. No direction for a "better me", good interaction or behavior program to put you the right direction/path.
Very professional practitioner who was helpful and empathetic for me at a difficult time. Booking was easy and I appreciated how service continued through the lockdown through video conferencing.
Very, very poor service. Rude, cold, ineffective. I left feeling significantly worse than I felt when arrived. If you have a problem you need help with go somewhere else.
I attended as part of my workplace EAP program. I arrived five minutes before my appointment and was ignored for several minutes. Finally one of the receptionists took my name and said they'd inform the counselor, but they didn't, which meant I waited for 15 minutes before being seen. This cut into my session and reduced my time, no-one apologised for or acknowledged this.
The counselor was cold and seemed disinterested a lot of the time - including spending about 10 minutes doodling some kind of flow chart which had nothing to do with my session. She finished the session by saying "well I don't know what you will have got from this.but you have two more sessions of you want them. " Not a chance that I'm going back.
The below comments reflect my experience. They are unashamedly female biased, they tried to take my daughter away due to her age even though the mother is abusive. I eventually went to the family court and got access. Don't go to lifeworks except to get the certificate.
