Dieting can often depend on an element of mind over matter!
These sessions with julie really turned my eating habits around I was no longer craving quick sugary foods, I could easily drive past a fast food outlet or when purchasing for my husband and kids I honestly didn't even feel like grabbing something for myself.
I lost 7kgs in 6wks! And still managed to keep it off during the Christmas break. I highly recommend giving it a try, never did I feel like I was on a diet.
