Amazing experience! Couldn’t be happier with the service that we had from Zac at Reigne Jewellery in helping us craft our perfect engagement ring.

All of the time Zac took to explain the qualities of diamonds and considerations in selecting a stone really helped to de-mystify the whole process for us.

We both really appreciated Zac’s patience in answering all of our questions and both his passion and flair for his craft were evident as he assisted us in workshopping all the minutiae of our design, to craft a piece that we love.

While out exploring Melbourne’s CBD one day, my wife and I who are from Brisbane, accidentally stumbled upon Reigne Jewellers. He did a magnificent job rebanding the oval solitaire diamond ring selected by my wife and also polished her 32 year old wedding band to perfection, before safely posting it out to us. Could not rate the jewellery and the service higher! The jewellery is absolutely exquisite and the service I received from the very beginning was second to none. From the very beginning of choosing my diamond ring and band, to purchasing, to sizing, polishing and beyond Zac made me feel at ease and I was reassured I was in good hands.
