Incredible service and support from the whole team at Region4. Specifically Callum and Andrew really went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to supply me with a free out of warrnty fix for my camera, and quickly assist me with other solutions to what I required this week. Highly reccomended and thanks again guys!

It was a pleasure to to look after by the staff of Region4 Pty and Ltd. Yesterday, I took out my LX810 Colour Label Printer after many years of hidding in my room, I have not really used it before as it was all done by my staff. The I realised the cartridges are dry, so was doing research why I should buy it.finally found the distributed. I rang Region4 this morning and a customer service person pick up my call and not knowing it was the Director herself who took look after my order and request seriously and help me as I need the cartridges today urgently, so Timmi, who I eventually in the end knew that she is the Director, told me just put in an order on their online store and normally by the same day I should be able to pick up the order as I am around the area. Timmi also tell me which product I should be ordering. 1.5 hour later, being desperate and trying, I rang back to Region4 to check if my order is ready, Timmi pick up my call and told me my order has been processed and just give her Staff, Vivien, another hour and I will received an email from her for me when I can pick up the order. However, less than 20min, I received a Personal Call from Vivien and told me that I can pick up my order straight away. By then I was very impressed by the customer service provided by Region4. It is so heart warming feeling especially during this time of Covid19 where there is still love and care from business looking after the customers!
When I reached the warehouse to collect my orders, the warehouse person Eric look care of my orders and making sure I am the person ordering and when I ask a few technical questions, he quickly when to get a technical support person to came out to speak to me. This time I was total impressed by Region4. Andrew took his time to answer all my questions and promise me to send me all the information link that I need to set up my printer. When I walk out of the warehouse, the 20min experience left me feeling like a Queen. I wrote a complementing email to Vivien regarding the services I have received from them since this morning and when I received a reply back, it was from the Director of Region4 herself Timmi.
I am very glad to be able to receive service from a company of different department and position and all the services are consistent and professional! Well done Region4! Keep it up and make the world a better place for everyone. You all have make my Day! Carrie

Cannot recommend them highly enough, after one of their sales staff advised on what printer we should use for the volume and the high quality of print that we do, we have not had a problem

After a misunderstanding about the functions of a peep hole camera that i purchased
this was quickly resolved by Callum at region 4 so i would definately recommend purchasing from region 4 for your security camera needs

I would not recommend buying from this company. After researching online and speaking to them by phone we decided to order a product which, when installed, did not do what we required. Their answer to our request for assistance was that they would take the product back only if it was still in the sealed packaging. Poor customer service.
