We recently bought a used 2018 Peugeot 3008 from Regan Peugeot, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tony and Paul were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Tony, especially, is a terrific font of knowledge about Peugeots! They both made sure that we felt valued and looked after. Even though we were buying a used vehicle, we felt like we were new car buyers! The 3008 we got is fantastic, and it was reassuring that it was originally sold new from Regan Peugeot, and serviced its whole life there before being traded in for a newer version of the 3008. You question whether you really got a good car and a great deal? Well, Regan Peugeot in Balwyn proved me wrong! Arthur Chris was attentive, knowledgeable and presents a genuine old-fashion customer service. He is also passionate and you can see and hear it as Arthur goes through the dos and don’t, the different car make and models. Then we also had the pleasure of chatting with Tony Sitch who is the Dealer Principal. Quiet, serious, warm and down to earth. No pressure from both of them, which is why we came back! The service was quick, the paperwork was well presented, organised, straight forward and well explained. What about the drive? It was fantastic! Oh, let us not forget about Paul, who looks after the second hand cars. Overall, this is no doubt a 5 star rating for service, staff, location and presentation. So if you are in Balwyn and unsure what to get, visit Regan Peugeot for your new, demo and used cars. Oh and they do sell other brand of cars too. I can honestly say my whole car searching experience was a delight!

My entire experience with Arthur Chris was above and beyond. From my initial enquiry right to the after sales service, Arthur was very switched on with his explanations. I found Arthur to be extremely helpful and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. Service was prompt and I was updated the whole way. He even checked in after I took possession of vehicle to make sure there were no issues. If I ever have to purchase another vehicle, I will defintely be looking for Arthur without hesitation.

In early February this year I purchased an Expert van and found the experience at Regans fantastic. The van itself was a pleasure to drive but I quickly outgrew the payload space so I upgraded to the larger Boxer van. Tony was happy for me to trade in my Expert and promptly got me the Boxer. I’ve had it for 6 weeks now and couldn’t be happier.

Tony and the team at Regan were first class from the moment I arrived to collect my new vehicle. The handover was detailed with plenty of information and help with getting used to the car. The car itself is driving well - a few months in and no hassles. I would recommend you go see the team at Regan if you’re looking for a new car.

I made an online enquiry on a used car at 10pm at night and within five minutes Paul from the dealership phoned me. That was the start of a great service experience. I bought the 208 unsighted, flew down from NSW and drove it back. They gave it an oil change and a full tank of fuel at handover, no extra charge. (plus a bottle of Champs.). Overall, a really positive sale and all staff very pleasant to deal with. Paul really is one of a kind, not had that good a process before and I have bought many cars in my life. Thank you and hope all goes well for your business going forward as its deserved.

Very satisfied with service I received at Regan Peugeot Balwyn. Arthur was amazing in looking after us. Arthur took his time to explain all features and benefits of my new car and to honestly and realistically compare Peugeot I was buying with other similar models in the market.

Arthur promised that my new car would be ready in a week time, and he delivered on his promise. During that week he mantined the contact with me and he regularly updated me on the progress. Due to bad luck and a bad experience with anothe r Peugeot dealer I followed the finance office to Regan Motors Peugeot and thats where I met Tony, Dealer Principal of Regan, Citroen motors.
Tony and the team made my transition from the 3008 GT to the 2008 GT which included customising my purchase to my specific needs.
From the first time I met Tony, I found him to be warm, engaging and above all, care about my needs.
I was at the point where I needed a vehicle, urgently, for my business. The Peugeot 2008 GT, of my choice was not immediately availsble until mid December 2022 which did not meet my requirements.

I had been considering buying a new car and went to several dealerships over a month's period. I had never considered a French car but accidentally driving past Regan Motors in Balwyn my partner suggested let's try once more. I was tired of trying to be convinced by sales people to buy their car. After walking in to the dealership Arthur genuinely welcomed us as part of a "family" of friends. His happy demeanor created such a rapport that we seemingly felt a part of this family. We were made to feel comfortable and nothing was too much for him to satisfy our needs.
