It could not be better. I have been with Regal Care for years, since the beginning of my journey and the beginning of the company service. I can only say nice things about them because they always be there for me, and for the people who needs help.

Regal Care have been fantastic! I had shoulder surgery and needed help cleaning and getting chores done around the house. I was in trouble with only one arm that I could use. Their attention to detail was great and my house was so much more livable after they had been here. I was a bit embarrassed to have them in my house at first because things were messy and I hadn't been able to clean for a while. I need not have worried as they dealt with everything very professionally and courteously. They helped me my washing and other household chores around the house that needed doing, not just the cleaning. It was very hard to find a company that would not cost me any extra money after Workcover paid for the cleaning time. I haven't been out of pocket at all as Regal Cares Rates are fair. Workcover has stopped paying for the cleaning now but I will keep using Regal Care privately now. I recommend Regal Care to everyone. We used Regal Care worker for house cleaning (TAC Case) for a family friend of ours. After being rejected by many big companies, Regal Care came to rescue us. They were very professional and did not make us wait. We contacted them on Saturday and the work was done this morning. Rhianna, the lady came to attend was really lovely.
