I have been visiting Alfy at Refresh skin clinic in Bendigo for a couple of years now to have for both injectables and skin treatments. What attracted me to Alfys practice was knowing that because he is a doctor as a pose to a nurse i could put my full trust in him to complete my injectables personally without having to consult a doctor prior. Alfy and Jo are also very honest and accommodating and always work with me to fit me in for an appointment where i receive honest advice without them ever over selling a product or services to me. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of professionalism and quality of work i continue to receive from Refresh Skin clinic. I would not trust anyone else in Bendigo to complete the treatments and advice in which Alfy gives me.

From the very first time I went into refresh skin clinic it felt like no other I’d been to before I was greeted with an honest warmth from both Alfy and Jo. They explain everything in a detail for the most advanced or even first timers could understand. They don’t try and sell you anything you don’t want and will makes sure it’s of benefit to you, when I first went for my skin I had no idea what it needed or how to fix it but 4 visits later I’m loving my skin again and it’s lasting effects tells me they knew what they were doing. I very recently had Botox in my top lip for a little pop effect and for someone that has never done anything like this before I had no anxious feeling or nervousness going into the treatment room as Jo and Alfy didn’t leave anything out when explaining the complete process to me, (the good the bad the maybes and maybe nots) and have now been back for my second time to get it done. After Care is A+ once you leave the clinic the care from these two doesn’t stop with follow up messages to make sure all is well, and if I’ve ever needed to ask something it’s never a hassle and a fast reply, it is a beautiful personal touch they give their business and the clinic is gorgeous bright welcoming and very clean.
