2I hadn't been going to the gym regularly as I have back issues so I signed up for a reformer class (slightly reluctantly as I'd never done it) AND NOW I'M ABSOLUTELY HOOKED! The timing is great, the instructors are fantastic, and it's been a game changer for my back. Do yourself a favor and book the Discovery Class on a Wednesday at 6: 30pm, perfect for beginners.
I have loved going to Reformer Pilates at Dclub. The class is spacious, clean and really comfortable, I have also loved that the class sizes aren’t too big and the instructors will adapt for you if you can’t do a particular exercise. We are really enjoying the reformer discovery class as we are just getting back into reformer - it offers a slower pace class to ensure your technique is right! Loving it!
