Absolute worst experience of my life trying to get vinyl to complete an outdoor sign for a client of mine. Dan took my order as a wholesale client as my printer isn't large enough for the size needed.
I did all artwork, all set to size, every format, all measurements, clear instructions, a toddler could have done this. Once all artwork was emailed & finalized and i had paid in full I was given a week turn around time and it's been nearly 2 months and I have a half completed sign and amount of pocket the entire amount.
He finally posted the vinyl nearly more than a month late (last month) after lying about posting it on time, still a month late mind you. I finally received my vinyl for the sign, started putting it together and what do you know the entire top text was missing.
I called and called nothing- He promised to send two weeks ago and of course absolutely no word then finally I received a response "Sorry I wasn't working. " That's not good enough, that is a joke. If you choose to run a business, you do so professionally! HE HAS STILL NOT POSTED THE PAID FOR ITEMS! STILL IGNORING ME!
Not only have I had to refund my client out of pocket I also lost them, my largest client. I'm a small business & sole trader and he's just cost me my dinner, my rent my income to live. In all the covid madness you think you'd conduct business professionally, not conning people and ruining their livelihood. I was still able to make a living and at least eat and pay my rent and this man has taken that from me.
I'm going to the bank as that is theft taking someones money for a product and never delivering, I will report him and have A FULL REFUND REVERSED and I will pursue him for all out of pocket expenses as well. This is insane and so uncalled for.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND FIND ANOTHER PRINTER.
