One of the worst recruitment agencies I have used. I went to an interview so they could help me find a job and supposedly they would call me after an hour so they could enter my data into the system. A day passed and they never called me. I called to find out what my process had been and it turns out that the person who took my data never entered anything into the system. They gave me a brief interview over the phone and asked me to send them my resume and working visa, apologizing for the previous colleague who did not enter my details. To date, more than two weeks have passed and I never heard from the agency or any job proposal again, so I do not recommend it in any way. Don't waste your time here.

As one of many employees working for reflect at the grand prix, the amazing staff in particular christy and alvin made all employees feel valued. Something very different from what i have previously experienced from recruitment agencies. It was extremely clear the hard work and effort that went into taking care of their staff, whilst maintaining efficient and organised service to their client. 5 stars!

I have been with RR for almost a year now and when signing up I knew they were agency work so I always had other agency work if no shifts available with RR. I was lucky to start work during the covid pandemic so work was always there, and need I say the pay rate with RR is exceptional! The recruitment team even though I haven't met them personally, I feel like I could sit down at a local bar and sip away on margaritas all day with them! I shouldn't have favourites but alas I DO, he knows who he is so no need to mention his name, anyways I definitely recommend RR if looking for another agency to add to your list because they are one AWESOME TEAM. I could go on but I'm sure there's a limit to the amount of words I can type so definitely sign up today.
