I had the worst customer service experience at Reece. The lady there today truly tested my patience that I had to get up and leave. She was rude, disrespectful and downright nasty. She needs intensive customer service training.

Went here today for some help and advice on shower mixers. I don’t claim to be any kind of plumber, I just needed help to find the right products.
The woman that served me was the most arrogant, aggressive, obnoxious, argumentative and downright rude person I’ve ever come across……so much so that I literally just walked out mid sentence. I felt like a 5 year old that had been berated by someone else’s mother!
I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here if it was the last place on earth.
I’d definitely recommend some kind of customer service training.

Even with covid-19 the guys here are most willing and helpful. They listen and provide not only the right parts but give sound advice as well. So helpful. Thank you.

Great work and excellent customer service.

I was extremely impressed by the lovely staff member who helped us pick out all of our fixtures and fittings. Her suggestions were right on the mark, she let us take our time and gave the right amount of input and feedback.
