We recently renovated our ensuite and were amazed and appreciative of Di's knowledge of product and support for newbies in working through the process.her advice, professional yet personal nature allowed us to walk away confident that we were not only on the right track but ready for the task ahead.
We would not hesitate in returning to Reece HC for such a supportive experience!

We are renovating both our bathroom and ensuite and we were advised by our plumber to see Di at Reece Hoppers Crossing for our bath, mixers, vanity units etc. I thought it would be a complex and lengthy process, but Di made it so easy. Although, I had a list of what was needed and had already perused their website, Di’s recommendations and knowledge of their products was second to none. She improved our choices and saved us money at the same time. Would highly recommend Reece Plumbing Hoppers Crossing and especially their showroom consultant Di Chaplin.

Very bad experience with Reece Hopper Crossing. The customer service is not listening to you when ordering goods, resulting to receive incorrect orders several times! Unethical and unreliable people. The worst customer service (if any at all). I wish I could give a ZERO-star rating. Will never go back there, and will be advising others to stay well away.

Some of the staff here are very helpful and lovely but others not so much. I ordered a toilet and I asked whether it came with all the parts needed (as I don’t know much about toilets and thought they should know). They assured me that it did, however when my builder came to install it, he said it was missing parts. Luckily I was able to source one at the last minute but I’m really disappointed that the staff don’t have much knowledge on the products. Do your own research as you can’t really depend on the info they give you.

Quality service and materials all the guys at Hoppers crossing are very helpfull especially the manager Jason Ryan highly recomended for all plumbing needs. Keep up the good work guys.

After visiting various bathroom supply places we visited Reece at Hoppers, so glad we did.
Di Chaplin couldn’t have been more helpful and although the display wasn’t extensive Di was more than happy to make enquires on our behalf.
End result we have comfortably left our renovation fixture orders in the hands of Di and would recommend this service to others.

The young lady there saved my day. I popped round to pick up some urgent parts. I won't go anywhere else for parts and advice. Been coming here for years. Way better service than other places on Old Geelong Rd.

This would have to be one of the best bathroom places I have been to. Di helped my wife and myself choose all of our tap ware and to say that Di went above and beyond would be an understatement. Di is a wealth of knowledge and I have no hesitation in recommending this place. 10/10

Yachyn assisted in matching refrigerator adaptors and wall fittings for water dispenser after I had some trouble with other vendors. Really appreciated the help today!

I cannot thank the team at Reece Hoppers Crossing - especially Di for the service I received! Di truly is the heart and soul of Reece Hoppers Crossing; Di single-handedly was able to fulfil every single one my requests without batting an eyelid. Products were delivered quickly and for the odd products that weren't available, Di was able to point me into the direction of another similar product, which was just as good.

I highly recommend Reece Hoppers Crossing for all your bathroom/kitchen renovation needs! 10/10.

Staff was helpful and courteous, that's about it.

Went to buy a product (Grate Seal) and the price is double the price of manufacturer's RRP selling online. Reason: Buying and stocking it. Terrible way to run a business. Never again!

Had an issue with my order, but staff were great and made sure I left with everything I needed.

Walked in and spent 30 minutes walking around and nobody asked if i needed help.too busy talking behind the counter to one another.

The manager sold me faulty pipes and they were leaking after i installed them, i then had to spend more money on pipes and had to refund my work.

Great customer service and very helpful. Always putting in 100 percent to make my transaction easier. Friendly staff members always with a smile.

Lousy experience.
Sales staff offered zero assistance when I enquired about a noisy tap.
Their idea of customer service is to first tell me rubbish about water pressure and then tell me to find a plumber.
