Reece Plumbing

Absolutely useless, went over to airport west as they had a product that Reece campbellfield did not have, got the product but it wasn’t going to work so I asked if there was anything else that could be done. The blonde lady said there was nothing that could be done and was very rude and didn’t want to help in anyway that she could. Also didn’t ask anyone else that works there who seemed like they had more experience. Spoke to campbellfield again and within 2 minutes they came up with a solution, put in a order and away I went. Will not be coming back here and sticking to campbellfield Reece from now on.

Yes, some of the other reviews are somewhat correct about the customer service. However they know their stuff and provided what I need. Even though they are closed to the public due to the pandemic I needed some parts and they went out of their way to find a solution and sell me the parts. Thank you.

Very poor customer service They don’t care about client I have been to store over 10 yrs every time I go there the customer service it going wast I don’t want go there to any more to plumbing store they don’t welcome Poeple to there business I had check few reviews before I said some thing it is not fair they honest reviewed the Spot on I m write my opinion the Campany they can improve they are service positive way.

I have never had a problem always helpful and courteous. As in all busy and successful firms you have to wait your turn to be served.

For what its worth these people really don't care. I went into Reece airpot west today 3/10/2018 to pick up an order I requested a copy of the invoice to check the pricing.the young blonde lady requested payment before she produced the invoice. I've have been dealing with Reece since 1990.
I have never experienced such disregard to customers Reece are out of control there prices are inconsistent from day to day. The staff dont care their attitude is take it or lump it, they're just there pretending to look busy and pass their time and go home

Had a disappointing experience at the Airport West store today. Just a home handyman and I explained this to the young rep I was directed to from the start. Asked for some assistance with buying a few small parts to divert the overflow from my Evap cooler directly to my storm water. It was evident that the sales rep (and his smart alec mate) weren't keen to assist, and sadly they decided to mock and deride me because I didn't know the tech names of some of the parts. They giggled like imbeciles and fed off each other. One even said to me "this 'thingy magiggy' might be what you're after". Very disappointing customer service and a sad public face of a company. I hope they show a lot more respect to their plumbing clients. I'll definitely be telling all my plumber mates who have accounts with Reece the way I was treated by these two.
