I needed help with fixing a tap, they helped me get what I needed and explained how to fix!
I walked in here with a small plumbing issue of a burst hose and walked out floored with the level of service I received. Sheldon was fantastic and took the time to look at my photos and walk me through the problem and how to fix it. I never felt rushed or like I was being a bother. Sheldon was patient and informative and knowledgeable. My tap was quiet an obscure one and we couldn't identify the brand. This is where Michael came in. He took my photos and after some research was able to let me know the brand and the exact tap, my builder couldn't or wouldn't do this. Fabulous and knowledgeable staff and service and highly recommended.
Good quality products but does come at a price.helpful a knowledgable
Staff are useless. 1st guy overcharged me by $120 and I had to go back in for a refund. Zero knowledge! In particular Geoffrey Bramley. Instead of offering assistance with knowledge his response to a simple question was "I'm not here to do your plumbing for you, I'm just here to sell you stuff".
Pathetic customer service from 2 out of the 3 staff working there.
The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Makes plumbing easy. So glad they are there.
