Was served by sam yesterday even though it was really busy and he had a massive line of customers he still took his time with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, best service I’ve received in a while. Definitely going back.
Tradies heaven. Very well organised. Individual stool seating for customers, with staff at registers on the other side of a long benchtop and warehouse storage behind that. There is also a separate showroom/display area, but this was unattended on the day of my visit. I had ordered a plumbing item online and just had to visit to pick-up. Only took 5 minutes. Very CoViD-safe.
The guys at Narre Warren have been excellent for us! Helpful advice and really friendly.
Customer service was above and beyond.

Reece Fountain Gate have no interest in providing customer service. Their showroom is understaffed and the one person who is there is disinterested verging on plain rude. I have spent thousands there over the years and the one time I asked for assistance with something I was flat out refused. Won't ever be back and would suggest others give them a wide berth.

Pretty unhelpful. I walked in as the only customer in the showroom, the woman working there barely lifted her head from her mobile, then did some things on the PC - in the end I had to ask for help like I was bothering her
