I had a Grohe kitchen mixer than was over 3 years old. The hose split last Friday. Yesterday I reported the problem without any push back. Had a case number instantly. Received an email. Someone called to verify the process. Later that day another call.a contracted tradesman is in the area and he can come now. Knew the product, had the part. Fixed in 5 minutes. I could not be happier with a the people and process. Thanks to all.

Reece Plumbing are a bunch of Sharks, if you don't have account with them, they charge you triple the cost of any other plumbing supplier.
Complete rip-off merchants and couldn't give a rats that you're a qualified tradesman.
Go elsewhere, seriously!

Would certainly recommend Reece Mentione. Brad from the trade area helped me solve an issue I had finding a suitable toilet suite to replace an existing one that had an odd set out distance. I brought the toilet suite which was in stock and the necessary pipe collar. Brad even brought out the toilet suite to my car. Service like this is very hard to find these days.

The team was so helpful in finding replacement toilet seats for a hard to fit toilet. Went above and beyond to open the boxes check measurements. Rang an interstate store to check supply and even ordered the courier pick up prior to taking our money. Thanks

I have been into the shop a few times and the service was good unfortunately the last few times I have been served by one very intolerant and unhelpful guy, I consider myself to be an easy customer but it didn't matter what I asked he told me he couldn't help end of story.
Today was the final straw and I won't be going to Reece again.

The service I received today was first class. The follow up call was also excellent and very professional. Thank You.

If your store is closing you could at least have the courtesy to put up a closed sign or signal to the person outside that you're closing. Ignoring the as they walk around and knock unclear what's going on and pretending they don't exist is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

Excellent Service From Justin. Chased up 2 suppliers for some spare parts I required phoned me back straight away with part numbers.

Poor Customer service received here - staff inattentive and ignored me for 2 minutes whilst I stood at counter waiting for them. "I'll be wiht you in 5" would have been poite. Some lessons in basic manners might be useful!

We received good assistance when pricing some items around the store. We didn't buy on this occasion; however the staff were pleasant and assisted with pricing, brochures and offered to locate stores where items were on display if they didn't have them themselves.
