3You know those shops where the shop assistant can't do enough for you and has a wide smile? Well, this isn't one of them.extremely rude, disdainful, poor excuse for customer service. My mere presence in the shop seemed like a major inconvenience to the person who served me. She was shockingly rude and arrogant. Some simple questions about a product were met with curt, impatient replies and exaggerated angry banging of objects on the countertop. To be honest, I felt embarrassed for her and somewhat sorry for her as I wondered if she must really hate her job? ! Don't expect a smile from anyone in this shop (especially if you're not a plumber), you'll be waiting a long time.next time I need plumbing supplies, I'll go to Yenckens or drive the extra hour and half return trip to Benalla.
Unhelpful, rude and Dont care about customers at all. Both myself and Husband experienced this.
