Nice place to stay very spacious, Beautiful Comfy Bed Water pressure too slow took a hour & a half to fill a spa, Helpful staff as we went to use the DVD player built in the TV it was broke so they brought a replacement one which was nice of them, Good Location close to CBD

Value for money. Very good location.
Upper floor rooms have good natural ventilation provided you are ready to wrestle a bit with the windows. The showers are weak, but atleast they did not run out of hot water. One of the few places where I checked in without any human contact. There were no deposit required as well, at the time of checking in. The keys are left in a safe place for you to collect. The management is friendly and accommodative and offered luggage storage (don't be discouraged by the "close" sign, on the reception door. Never saw it as opened during my stay. However, my call was answered both the times when I tried to reach them)

Filthy room and bed linen, carpet was so stained and putrid. The room smelt - can’t describe how awful it was

Nice and cosy room equipped with all the essentials. Very nice stay and conveniently located close to the Deep Blue Hot Springs Day Spa which is where we needed to go the night after we stayed here.

In need of matienece as we hired 4 rooms and 1 of there rooms had no heating, they need to supply little bottles of detergent and dishcloths so we can clean the dishes properly. Other than that it was great price and nice rooms.

No Staff onsite for either check in or check out. Quiet and comfortable but a couple of issues. Only 2 tiny milk pods, frozen and had difficulty locating and reaching cups.c ntral location was good though.

FILTHY! Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at! Animal fur all over the couch, mouldy curtains, the floor barely looked swept let alone mopped, dishes were dirty, no dish washing cloth was provided. The toilet was broken, walls had dirty hand and finger marks all over it and the room smelt horrible! I'd rather sleep in my car than stay at this place ever again. They should be shut down!

Rooms were excellent but a bit more cleaning like fans above stove and heater should be cleaned otherwise good

I’m sure there are nicer places to stay then here. Wasn’t allowed to check in 1hour MAX early, they preferred if I checked in after my shift which meant I arrived at 10PM, I got a message saying the keys were in my room already. At no time during my stay did the see anyone even when I was checking out. But they were there… clear signs stating there was no room service due to COVID, that’s understandable. But I got home after work to find someone had been in my room and moved and removed some of my personal items, they cannot claim this to be house keeping as the bed was still unmade and dishes were in the sink. This made me feel uncomfortable and when I tried contacting the owners I got no response. But along side this the bed was uncomfortable, holes in the sheets from burns, blood on the doona that looks like it hasn’t been washed in years, endless holes in the walls, melted power points from the oven and an oven that I couldn’t even get to work. Just save your money and stay elsewhere

Not what I expected after viewing on Booking.com. Very dated.

Room was clean although very dated, and toilet cistern was broken at the back of it. Some old electric cooker from the 70s.if you have a SUV or anything of that size, you will need to reverse in, although the parking spots where wide which was good.

I would not pay $360 per night for a property of this standard again however. Needs to be completely renovated.

Worst place I have ever stayed. They charged $90 more than they advertised then they said they would refund and I’m still fighting for the refund and about to lodge a complaint with consumer affairs. The place is old and in need of maintenance. Carpet ripped and stained, tv is in master bedroom so the family needs to pile in one bedroom to watch tv. Not clean and it all needs a makeover, shower tap dripped all night, kitchen facility poor and the traffic passing kept us awake all night. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! The worst stay in my life.

Was given the wrong room to start with, then get to our real room to find the walls dirty and unfinished stained carpets just very poor.

Room is clean and comfortable, friendly staffs, the motel is not far from restaurant, very convenient.

Probably should off read the reviews before staying here, room was clean although had a real musty smell, no one at reception. From the street it looks like an abandoned motel. Personally wouldn't stay here again.

Two days stay was really pathetic. The rooms shown in the pictures do not match the actual conditions of room. Poor customer service with very rude staff. The bathrooms and bed were stinky. Kitchen appliances were Very dirty. Bed sheets weren’t clean as they shouldbe especially in this current situations.

Never ever recommend this motel to anyone.

Holiday spoilers! Guys avoid staying here. The biggest problem you will face is that they say something and provide you something totally different. You will book family room and they will give you normal room and then try to pretend as if thy dont understand what you speak.

Arrived to find that stove was not working, the room had a unpleasant smell, the aircon was old and noisy, microwave also noisy and made rattling noise. Stove was changed after I called twice and I was asked to approach the cleaners myself to have it changed. So bit of poor customer service.

There was Netflix but you have to pay for whatever you watch. Most if not all apartments have this included in the room cost.

So overall, for $318 per night, Redwood is not really worth it. I have stayed at another apartment in Warrnambool and it was awesome and I paid less.
