Ranj and his team were awesome to deal with. I wanted to FastTrack all the reports and they were able to do that for me including the engineering reports. When I asked for any modifications even though 1 was later in the process there was no issues. Highly recommend for anyone thinking to do an extension or house improvement.

This draftsman does not like being questioned, in particular - who his Licensed Land Surveyor is or Engineers are? In a very rude response, he’s not prepared to disclose other than stating they’re part of his team? And then he stated to me, I should just trust him? He prefers FULL payment before he starts instead of initial deposit and remaining balance once he delivers the completed work - he doesn’t appear to trust you, but he expects you to trust him? It raised red flags with me and I’ve decided not to proceed further with this person. While he may be licensed and registered, it is unregulated area with design works not possible to be validated as accurate unless you employ an Architect before building commences. The only recourse is via VCAT if something goes wrong. Good luck with that process. Could end up being very costly and time consuming. You’ve been warned.

Thorough understanding of the requirements. Ranj has given excellent services to assist me with my 18meter long front fence design. Not only he has the in-depth knowledge on the regulations but also provided additional advice to speed up the process.
