Redrocks Charcoal Chicken Tarneit

Their HALAL cert is expired now. They have a HSP with a charcoal chicken which is different from a normal HSP

Absolutely ridiculous service ordered through menu log & food was damaged on arrival, was told they would be back with replacement & never bothered to come back. Given the run around by both menu log & Redrock chicken still don't know if I have a refund & the shop will not respond very poor service.
Both Asian workers didn't even care the women even found it funny when I went into the shop to find out what was going on will never order from here again.

Worst customer service ever, two Chinese looking staff just have no idea about what customer service is.

Very rude woman. Demanded Payment before food served. Told her I was eating in and she ignored me. All food was put into take away containers and she called me to collect it from counter. The woman has zero customer service.
Floor not swept.

The family that owns this business are as nice as they come.

The chicken and chips are both on point and try one of their spicy chicken pieces they are better than anything KFC has.

Word to the chicken man.

Place is clean, staff very friendly, chicken is yummy, they also do a spicy chicken which is a must try.

Genuinely liked the place. The food may be a tad on the expensive side but totally worth it. Nice to eat on a weekly basis I'd say. Staff is also friendly and the service reasonably prompt.

This place was pretty good. The chicken was tasty, the chips were ver nicely cooked and seasoned. They even give you more chips than you should get, which I love. I highly recommend this place.

No customer service at all.
No greeting or goodbye.
Chicken looked as if it had been sitting in the warmer for a very long time.
I requested to have a fresh peice of breast chicken that was also in the warmer and the guy behind the counter advised that he cannot do that.
