Hi! U may see me at charcoal chicken.im the boy with the long hair! Today i ordered a chicken roll combo for only 13$! But i spent 32$. And it was just AMAZING! STEAMING HOT, SOFT AND DELICIOUS! I would reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy recommend this place! YUMMY! Thanks!

Always receive a friendly hello when walking in, very kind ladies that work there! Always makes sure our food is good and that there is plentiful.

Good value and a good feed. Friendly staff and speedy service, would recommend if you're in the mood for a cheeky feed.

Food is great for the price point. Not pretending to be something it isn't, just good old-fashioned charcoal chicken. By far the best value for money in this area. Staff are friendly too!

Upgrading to 5 star. Amongst the best potato cakes I have ever eaten! EVER!

This is THE chicken shop in the area. Chicken is great, chips-a-plenty with good crunch and they've nailed the choice of chicken salt. Service is nice and friendly every single time, Daisy you're a bloody legend!

Unprepared for lunch time rush. 30 minute wait for a chicken burger. Hardly any mayo, dry, mediocrity.

Chicken extremely dry, chips overcooked and using dirty oil, green rings around yolk in egg salad… Very poor charcoal chicken.

Didn't win any vibes with me. Friendly service, don't ask for any variations to the menu. I asked for a schnitzel burger or roll with gravy and was denied.
The menu schnitzel burger was stacked but lacked flavour by the limited Mayo.
Chips were crunchy and dry, but plentiful.

Chips were over cooked what looks like cheap over used oil. Shame on you guys when i try to mention it didn't care. The 90s charcoal chicken was run by the greeks. It was much better. Now its stingy owners all about profit over people

Delicious garlic potato bake! Awesome chips, perfectly crispy and the staff are really friendly. Great value for money:)

Update- haven’t been shut randomly in the last few weeks and chicken and service still awesome, bumped it up to 5 stars Randomly shut almost continuously now, very frustrating.
Always run out of chicken well before they close.

I do realise it’s a public holiday but understand why you open your doors to customers when the main item on your menu are at least an hour away before ready to sell very unprofessional won’t be visiting again poor service all around

Damn their chicken and chips are real good, and good value too. $9 for a nice quarter chicken and chips meal.

This is one of Ascot Vales hidden Secrets, ideally located at the Showgrounds Village, this place has to be one of the Best Value for money Charcoal Chicken Joints around.
Staff are very friendly and the Chicken is always fresh off the spit.
Portions and deals are very good.

You can tell they put serious effort into the food they make. I recommend the chicken breast burger. It's the best chicken burger I've eaten in years.

Genuinely some of the best chicken and chips I’ve ever had, coleslaw is lit snd the chicken is so flavourful. Amazing value too! Surprised this place hasn’t blown up

When you are paying 21 dollars for your chicken meals and you find a hair in it that is not good. Poor service and poor food, won't be back.

I have only experienced arrogant and rude service for chicken! Is it worth it? Sure if that's your kick haha Had been supporting this business but have come to find them more concerned with a couple of cents then respecting that its the community that keeps its buissness alive.
