We had Reddy Roasts Cheltenham cater fir my 60th, the food was amazing Terry was easy to deal with very happy

Ordered a roast meal arrived in a bunch of slop. Ordered the crackling looked and tasted no flavour couldn't bite it was like the pig ear you buy for your dog

Been going there for 13 years went there 3 weeks ago and was perfect

But today ordered a beef gravy and cheese roll

Roll was rock hard like yesterday’s smelt like mould
Beef was chewy and horrible
And over charged me

Delicious hot and crispy roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese and the absolutely yummiest gravy. Lovely staff and very generous portions.

Hands down the best reddy roast I've ever eaten. Chips were amazing, gravy divine. Roll needed a bit extra gravy but far out I'll be back for more! Get some reddy roast up ya asap!

Poor customer service. So unhygienic, guy scratching his body and touching the meats? Waiting too long.

Terrible cold soggy food. Every bit of it is cold and soggy and we picked up. Chips aren’t chips - they’re soggy old potato cuts, cheesy brocolli has zero seasoning and is cold and flavourless.
Pumpkin, also cold. Worst of all the roast chicken is cold, dry and not seasoned. I’m a bit shocked at how bad this is- did we get it on a bad day as can’t believe the other good reviews? Would post photos but can’t on the mobile.

My go to place for the greatest roast in Melbourne. The chips are hand cut and are extremely delicious. Very affordable and worth every bite.

Consistently good over a long period of time. Simple as that. With the influx of so many fancy new age take away/home delivery restaurants popping up since Covid, Reddy just supplies good old school meat n veges with kickass gravy & sides, in good quantity & at a good price. Give em a go. Well done RR.

I would say the best chips & gravy in Australia, I have not found anywhere that beats this place, and to top it off the staff are extremely friendly.

HOWEVER.
In the middle of a pandemic when tens of thousands of restaurants are closing down permanently, maybe don't abuse the customers you HAVE for ordering through menulog instead of over the phone hmm? Be thankful you have customers at all. This customer loves your food, but does NOT appreciate her partner being razzed by the staff so will be getting another company to deliver from now on.

5 stars for their prompt friendly service and 5 stars for their delicious meals that are always ready to go all day everyday. I highly recommend Ready Roast Cheltenham.

The food here is very good and good prices as well.
It's an old school store so doesn't do kebabs or other stuff, just great quality carvery and veggies, rolls, burgers and dinner and lunch packs.
They have been here for years and with Terry and his daughters serving you, you'll.love the food. Support a long time local as they do they're best to look after you.

Unfortunately it was average as nothing had any seasoning and tatsed very bland. The only thing that helped was the gravy, the cauliflower and broccoli was pretty ordinary as was the soggy garlic bread. On a positive note, the staff were quite pleasant to deal with. Thank you

Ordered a roast meal pack and chips and did not receive any gravy when it was delivered. I called up about it and was told that I was meant to specify that I wanted gravy in the notes. I have ordered here before and never had to do that. Then I was told the gravy was put in the order even though it was clearly not. After working out it was missed in my order I was told that they can drop the gravy off but it will take a long time because they are just about to close. I refused that offer because the meals would be cold by that stage. This was handled in a very unprofessional manner and not once did they apologise for the mistake. I was made to feel like I was the one making it hard for them even though it was their fault.
