Red Textas

Red Textas were completely incompetent in signing off the building works adjoining my property. The building was never 100% complete, the windows were completely different to the plans and the building leaks causing damage to my property. They failed to answer any correspondence and I had to report them to the Victorian Building Authority to get action taken. Avoid this company at all cost!

Unresponsive and unhelpful, wish we have chosen another BS, takes weeks to respond to any questions.

Red Textas have been issuing swimming pool permits for us for several years. Their prompt turnaround time and ongoing communication is a real positive for us. The office team are always a pleasure to deal with. Red Textas have a great logical understanding of swimming pools/safety barriers and have worked with us to problem solve difficult designs.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. OP's issued without viewing compliance certificates and having a lack of knowledge what requirements are needed in order to issue an OP. A complaint to the VBA has been made and an investigation will follow to hold Red Textas accountable.

Have worked with Red Textas on many project over the past 15 years. Have found them a very professional and approachable team who have been invaluable in navigating the increasingly complex nature of the building approvals process.

I was directed to this company to get a building permit - mainly due to convenience. I wish I had done my homework beforehand. They were a nightmare!

The level of professionalism was so far away from what is acceptable, it seemed that the staff that we spoke to forgot the client who was paying for their service. Multiple times I encountered a very unhelpful and rude female who should definitely never have any client contact whatsoever.

My advice is to take your money elsewhere. It may be difficult to get through the red tape of permits, but this company made it an infinitely more unpleasant experience.
