Efim at Red Square has repaired several of my watches, shoes and cut keys for me. He demonstrates the highest level of workmanship. Highly recommended!

I took a watch in for a simple battery replacement and it didn’t come back the same. The silver metal mesh strap was badly damaged. It’s very difficult to try and put it on now.
I would not recommend this man to anyone.
And he pretends like there is nothing wrong.

Red Square not only fixed it, it took him 1 day, my watch was polished, scratches removed, weak links fixed; and it looks brand new.

Yakov is an expert. I took him a pair of collectible designer shoes which I’ve had for 10 years, which had one heel almost completely broken off and immense amounts of scuffing. Within a week, he had repaired them as good as new. He even offered to return my deposit if the repairs were not satisfactory. I’m so delighted with the outcome and will be taking all my shoes to him from now on. Thank you!

No experience in expensive shoes. Needed an outer sole to protect the shoes. After I got them the leather was all creased and stains of glue were everywhere on the shoe. Just ruined $800 shoes. Never again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly worst experience ever. Took a gold plated necklace here that was a bespoke handmade item from a local jeweller (irreplaceable) and asked for very basic engraving, wrote the engraving our twice. Engraver was very cocksure and adamant he knew what we wanted. He then not only chose his own handwritten font that wasn’t in a straight line, BUT ENGRAVED THE BRACELET UPSIDE DOWN. Can you imagine.
Charged us $20 and when we came back to complain we were obviously very upset, he scoffed and complained about giving us a refund. He said “you get the bracelet I get nothing” - nevermind the fact that we had lost an extortionate amount of value on this item by incorrect personalisation. Honestly it was not the mistake (or carelessness) but it’s was the lack of empathy or understanding that really shocked us. Blacklisted.

Asked for a tax invoice, was told okay, but the didn't give me one after.
Their tax avoidance means I don't be reimbursed.

Watch repairs always done in the time that they said it would take and I have never had any issues with any of the shoes I have had re soles or repaired.

I left a family watch here just to have battery checked and was told to come back a week later. I did and it was completely destroyed. And they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry and were upset that I was angry! I don’t know why a rusty battery means that the entire face of the watch had to be destroyed. I had to call the police to get them to return the remains to me. These guys are incredibly arrogant. STAY AWAY!

Spasiba to Red Square. They fixed my jacket, picked it up the next day. Re-did the velcro to the sleeves, and made the zip work again. $25 in total, a worthwhile price for a jacket that cost about $230. Highly recommended.

These guys destroyed my product when they did the engraving. Even worse was that Phil was abusive to me when I expressed my concern. Walk away and prevent any damage to your valued goods. Very arrogant!

Went to change battery on my car remote. He had broken it and glued it back together. It fell apart a few days later. Avoid this place!

Went to get a duplicate set of keys for new house. Chap could have easily just cut all 6 and charged us, instead he pointed out that three and three were the same. We did get one key cut and that works well. Appreciated his honest approach to business.

I went to Efim to have an immobiliser key cut for my brand new Toyota when I lost my original one, including a new remote control for both my car and my garage, and I couldn't believe how quickly and easily he did this for me. Not only this, it was far cheaper than I expected, and I actually haven't come across anyone cheaper. Excellent and very efficient service, and the quality of my new key and remotes is of a very high standard. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough!
