Lack of consistency. Food is sometimes good. Sometimes not so good (raw potatoes, small chicken)

Food was fresh and hot but for a large serving costing $15 l don't think it's good value.

How hard is it to get the order right. Last night I ordered 3 piece feed only got 2. Today ordered chicken piece ribs got a wing. Need new stuff

It's a shame their marketing division has no idea. Can't find their menu anywhere online so I'll just avoid going here as their drive through menu is also sadly lacking details of any decent family meal offers. Kfc does it better. Pay attention reds as your chicken is good, from memory.

Worst experience at any Red Rooster store, workers are half asleep, rude, lying thieves and they can’t even get an order right.
And to top it off, the food was cold and horrible.
The restaurant was very dirty and in my opinion not up to OH&S standard.

Ate Red Roster for the first time in five years and it will probably be my last. We ordered a family box I could not believe how much the Rippers has shrunk in size. The rolls used were dry as if they had been microwaved for too long and the chicken patty was soft and tasteless. The chips were also not fresh. The only saving grace were that the burgers tasted fresh and were hot.
With so many other take out options available I certainly won't be revisiting any time soon.

The fried chicken pieces started out really good and it was worth the money, now the pieces are tiny.

Typical of most food companies, they get you used to something and once they get a good number of people buying their product they cut back on size or quantity and then charge you more for it.

I usually get kfc but thought I’d give RR a go since I’ve seen it advertised a lot lately. Bought the ‘Reds Burger’ meal with onion fries. Nothing special and quite over priced. I also got regular onion rings, which were crispy but $4 for 4 onion rings is not cool.

Quick and friendly service from the staff. The food was as expected so there is no complaints in that department. The only let down was that the toilets were dirty and it didnt seem like there was enough staff to be able to serve customers and clean the store at the same time.

Their crunchy chicken is spot-on. A good meal to bring when there's a family gathering. Unfortunately, with the promotional price you can only buy 5 pcs of it then you have to top-up to have more.

Asked for a double patty hellfire burger with extra cheese and they gave me a single patty with no cheese like I still ate it as I don’t like wasting food but the listening skills on these people are horrendous, I think they need more training when it comes to listening to a customer

Customer service was horrible by whom I assume is the manager, took about 5 minutes to acknowledge that I was waiting to order, used an unfriendly tone and sighing, made no eye contact when taking my order, didn’t confirm whether he had my order down correctly and just walked away after I paid without handing my receipt or a farewell, as well as no napkins in the bag and poorly packed my food.

Consistency of food here is relatively good. Quality control means I know what I'm getting most times. Staff also quite friendly. Happy to wait 5 minutes for a fresh meal.

It was really gross and nobody working next to him said a thing even though he was the only one without gloves

Great customer service. They were happy to fix my our order. Team was very professional.
Will be ordering from here again!

Went through the drive through on Saturday night and I have to give props to the little blonde girl on. She was so happy and bubbly and even though I had a car full of people she was patient when 5 people were yelling their orders at her all at once. Keep up the good work and that lovely smile! Will be back (By myself next time)

Since when does Red Rooster add a surcharge to orders on Public Holidays? Family Box ordered, surcharge added and item paid.

At the pick up window, ordered an extra mayo tub that’s normally $1 and was charged $1.50.50% surcharge.what a joke.doesn’t matter if it’s 50 cents or $50.rip off!

The girls behind the counter messing around with their hair nets above the chip bay. Other girl out of uniform and wearing dirty clothes. Asked for regular nuggets and got cheesy nuggets. Coke bottle with the meal was hot. Asked for no Mayo in the roll, they still put Mayo. Bacon is undercooked.
