Not that really present.no customer in the place. Table and floor very dirty, sticky and oily.

Bruh the corn pieces are 4 kernals long? Why so small? Won't be going back again. The last few experiences have been too salty, tenders in burgers, corn cob too small. Yea better off at KFC, tried to support you guys but I'd rather drive a little bit further then be disappointed again.

Too many times at eg 7pm on a Sunday evening they've had no chicken and told a 45 minute wait.

How does Red Rooster run out of chicken at dinner time regularly?

If I could give -1 I would. 2nd time to order take away from this branch and both experiences were disappointing. Ordered 8pc chicken today and got 7piece chicken and 1 chicken tender inside the box! Then ordered cheesy nuggets and got normal nuggets instead!

Make sure to check your order before leaving coz they gave orders wrongly!

1st experience was when i ordered chicken burger and they gave the cheaper chicken subs instead!

Wont buy from this branch anymore!

Staff messed up 3 out of 4 orders and ended up waiting for over 30 mins for drive-thru.

Not hard.

The bread was really really soggy and floppy, the chicken fell out straight away. Me and my friends were the only ones in the entire restaurant and our food still took ten minutes to make. It tasted okay but could have been much better

Didnt wanna leave a bad review but its happened 3 times now. I use the red rooster app to click and collect and they continuously forget the drink. Today they didn’t bother to put in the fried chicken as well as the drink for my bbq bacon box. Might switch back to KFC as not even they are this incompetent.

An old Red Rooster but a good place with new interior with nice clean tables and chairs or bench option. Food prepared fresh and timely. Nice surroundings with gardens and lawn.

Food quality is good, the issue is I never get exactly what I order. The experience needed to understand a big order is not there. Please label the orders in a better more obvious way

My quarter chicken had no skin, and was about 3 bites worth of meat. Rest of it was bone and cartilage. Every chip was soggy. Couldn’t tell the difference between throwing my money in the bin, or buying food from this store.

I ordered a wrap and 8 buttermilk wings 2 weeks ago via Red Rooster online delivery. The order arrived completely sealed, 3 x stickers tightly sealing the paper bag. So when I checked the food, there was a hair inside the wrap, when writing this review I checked the picture again to zoom in and highlight the hair, it was short and curly so go figure where that hair came from. Also I ordered 10 buttermilk wings, there was only 8 inside.

I sent a complaint through Red Rooster website, I got an email reply from them blaming the delivery service and claiming that because I ordered through a delivery service, there is no refund or replacement, and that I have to take it up with Doordash.

Problem is I didn't order through Doordash, I ordered through Red Rooster and my Paypal receipt shows the seller as Craveable Brands Pty Ltd. I did not receive any further communication after replying to their email so they probably shrugged it off and hoped that I would let it go, at this point it's not about money, I don't want a replacement wrap filled with god knows what, it's about accountability, a sincere apology and promise to improve would been enough, not trying to make it my fault for ordering Red Rooster.

My partner and I had the lunch special today of the wing and sub special and we thoughly enjoyed every bite and can highly recommend to all and not to forget to mention on the service too as they were very pleasant

Worst shop ever. Long wait times, rude staff, not wearing masks and soggy chicken and chips after a 21 minute wait.

I love there fried chicken.
It taste much better than KFC.
Thought I love wick wing. But it's more valuable just get from red roster

Good, and fast, sometimes they miss things in your order so do check before you leave. Otherwise no issues

Wasn't the freshest gotta pick up your game not many stores left. Would hate to loose red rooster!

Love the chook.crispy potatoes.peas.coleslaw.pity they bumped the pumpkin.so much better than a maccas burger. ITS A PROPER DINNER

I ducked in here to pick up some of the $5 lunch boxes for the family. Staff were great. The building and surrounds are like a 1987 time capsule.

Have been here a number of times to be told that they didn't have any chicken tonight was a new level, a fairly straight forward order, 2 Red Roasts; one with a leg and without gravy. Will after waiting nearly 10 minutes we were told that they had stuffed up the order by putting gravy on both and they would have to make another. Another 5-6 minutes goes past and our meal is finally delivered. On getting home we found that the roast with the leg had the gravy. Very ordinary!

Food cold not enough chips wings swimming in oil had to go back with the half frozen chicken roll
